Garden View Cottage is a 300-year-old two-bedroom holiday home in Woodbury Salterton, East Devon. Ancient wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and original flagstone floors run throughout this period property. It sits next to the owners' home with its own private access and is one of three cottages on site.

East Devon is outstanding walking and wildlife territory. The Exe Estuary draws up to 20,000 migratory birds between November and February. Dartmoor National Park is 30 minutes away. Villages like Topsham and Lympstone on the Exe Estuary are under 10 minutes by car.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. The ground floor has a single bedroom with zip-and-link kingsize bed. Upstairs the master bedroom has a kingsize 5ft bed with en-suite walk-in shower.
