Granny McPhee's Cottage is a detached barn conversion set in West Chilla near Beaworthy in Devon. It sleeps two adults and has been finished to a high standard with oak floors, exposed beams and a wood-burning stove. This is a proper countryside retreat surrounded by rolling hills and woodland.

The setting is genuinely peaceful. You're 1½ miles from Halwill Junction which has a post office, shop and village inn. North Cornwall's beaches are 17 miles away. Dartmoor National Park is on your doorstep for walking, horse riding and fishing. Surfing and coastal walking are easily reachable too.
