The Coach House

This property has views over the River Exe and has opportunities for walking, cycling and sailing on the Exe estuary. If interested in expansive scenery and wildlife Dartmoor National Park is half an hour’s drive away.

You won’t be short of beaches with places like Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth on your doorstep. Cruises are available for fishing and birdwatching on the River Exe itself and don’t forget the award winning children’s adventure park at Crealy Park.

The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, café and pubs in the village. The Coach House is the ultimate holiday destination.
