The Coach House

The Colmer Estate is an exclusive collection of 20 holiday cottages set in 28 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. A range of indoor and outdoor facilities will keep the whole family entertained whatever the weather and include both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room, games room, childrenÂ’s play area and a hard tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls).

The popular towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are both just a short drive away. The original Coach House is now a detached, single storey cottage.

A traditional stone building, the open plan living area is bright and contemporary as are the three comfortable bedrooms - a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse.
