Widemouth Bay is a wide, open stretch of coast backed by craggy cliffs, known for its reliable surf, with board hire and lessons available on the beach alongside coasteering, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. Lifeguard cover runs through the season, making it a dependable spot for both beginners and more experienced surfers.

The South West Coast Path passes directly by, opening up miles of dramatic clifftop walking in both directions. Bude, 3 miles along the coast, adds further variety with pubs, restaurants, shops, bike hire, canoeing, and a wider range of water sport and outdoor activities.

This is a split-level property arranged over two floors, with the living spaces on the upper level and bedrooms set across staggered levels reached by several internal steps.
