Well equipped cottage we have been twice now. Lovely welcome hamper both times on arrival. Close to all local beaches and amenities. Lovely hot tub and private garden, neighbours are really quiet. Only feedback for improvement too dark in living room when eating at night only one main light which is too dim, needs a floor lamp or additional lighting in the ceiling if its to be used as a multi functional room living and ding also the mattress in the second bedroom was too soft for me had a bad back but its personal preference. We will be back thank you 910

Had a week here in January. Can't fault it. Owners have thought of everything, nothing lacking in the bungalow. Lovely welcome basket for us and for dogs. Lovely touch. Loads of information on hand and have a really good app. Hot tub was already warm for our arrival. Great communication with owners. Close to costal path and good access to local beaches and Holyhead. Take away delivery from Valley too. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of five, such a comfortable place, log burner and hot tub perfect for winter. Location is fab near shops and pubs and we did some beautiful walks. Hamper on arrival was a real treat. Communication from the host was great always replying promptly to any questions we had. Dog friendly and our little spaniel had the best time. We made some really happy memories over the holiday period and we will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

A lovely stay, really convenient to the local shops, pubs, beach and Penrhos. The bungalow has everything you need, really comfortable beds, very clean and well maintained. We had lots of fun in the hot tub and enjoyed long walks with the dogs. We would definitely return.

Overall loved the cottage, beautiful and very comfortable, the hot tub and added luxury bonus. Only 2 minor issues and they are minor, 1 the front door was difficult to lock, and 2 the grass front and back could have done with cutting. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and highly recommend the place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely week at The Pines, a real home from home. The hot tub and hammock in the huge garden a real highlight. Only negative the internal doors require adjustments to allow them to open and close properly and quietly.

Love Valley Pines. Just two things, furniture in front room badly needs redoing or replacing. Taken abit of a hammering, raisers making it a tad higher, as having circulation and spinal issues a bit too low. Making getting up an effort, and I mentioned last year, grab rails especially by the side door and in the bathroom. Oh and non slip matts for the shower.

The holiday was fantastic the place is lovely absolutely great for families. Its an amazing place to stay with kids or even if youre just a couple looking for a break. They leave added little extras you might forget too like towels, laundry detergent in the utility room, milk bread cake and dont forget toilet roll bonus when your tired from travelling with kiddies and just want unpack order a takeaway then jump in that fab hot tub that first night. The only thing I could possibly say could be improved is the Gardner pulling the weeds between the slabs and the step by the side door is a little wobbly my daughter has problems with stability so we did have a couple of falls but we didnt let that take away from what a fantastic holiday we all had. Definitely want to visit again

This is a lovely holiday home. The owner has finished the property to a very high standard and the Beds are extremely comfortable not always the case! A fabulous Welcome Pack which included our special request for a certain type of bread much appreciated. With so many extras incl tea, coffee, sugar cleaning products and a well stock Laundry room in garage with a Tumble Dryer. The owner and his family were SO welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They are the 5 star addition to this property and we will be returning to this Little Gem.

Lovely cottage feeling property with everything needed to enjoy a family holiday. Clean and immaculately presented with more facilities than expected and some small additional touches which were lovely. Ideally located to explore Anglesey however everywhere is a drive, this isnt a bad thing just a point. Hot tub was well maintained and again immaculate. Beds really comfy and good quality pillows and bedding Hosts made contact by text which was nice and makes it feel personal. Would definitely love to stay again!

A fantastic stay at Valley Pines. Communication before and during was excellent. Everything you could want in a holiday home. Kitchen completely kitted out with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Shower nice and hot. Lovely welcome touches, welcome basket, milk in fridge even a pumpkin, carving kit and packets of sweets to give out to trick and treaters as we were there over Halloween. A perfect base.. We explored the whole island whilst we were there and benefitted from some blue skies and sunny dry days. Unexpected in November but definitely added to our enjoyment of the week. There are some amazing beaches nearby and some lovely hidden bays to the north. The Hidden Wales book on the shelf came in very useful. We didn't make full use of the garden, which is very big and also has everything you need, as it was dark by 6pm. We loved Anglesey! Thank you, we will be back.

Great home, the garden was fantastic. Brilliant location. We loved the garden so much it really made our stay especially with the weather we had, the hot tub is amazing! Only 5 min walk to shops and restaurants chippy etc. Only downside was the cleaning. At first glance it looked clean however after living there its clear it needs a deep clean, the shower had black mould, the fireplace was filthy, just generally needed a deep clean, under the sofas and furniture not been cleaned for a long time. The dog found a ball covered in dust and fluff under the lounge furniture We did bleach the mould off and wiped the fireplace the cloth was black, not the owners fault but I would recommended getting a better housekeeper. Also check out says 11am in book but the hot tub man told us its 10am so book needs updating! We would stay again though easy fixes for the cleaning!

The bungalow was lovely and comfortable, the different areas in the garden is a great idea,however, the canopy over the hot tub needs maintenance as the strong wind played havoc with it and the poles kept flying out, apart from that it was a wonderful place and one which we will return.

Great stay at Valley Pines lovely comfortable, cosy, wellappointed and clean accommodation. Ideally situated on a quiet residential street and a great base for exploring Anglesey. Good parking area on drive so we didnt have to worry about our car. Lovely dogfriendly beach almost on your doorstep. Great facilities, very relaxing garden, loved the hammock, bbq and the hot tub is fantastic! We were very lucky with the weather and it was great to have such a lovely outdoor space to utilise during our stay our dogs had a great time and loved the garden. Lovely welcome pack with great local produce loved the coffee and Welsh cakes! The owners really have thought of everything for their guests. Very comfortable beds, slept really well during our stay. We had a lovely stay. The bungalow was clean, had all we needed and the extra touches like dog toys and treats were great. The property info online that we accessed by the QR code was really good and useful. We would definitely stay here again.

What a delightful bungalow. The owners had really thought about all the little extras to make your stay a home from home. The welcome hamper was a welcome treat when we arrived Friday night keeping us going till we did a food shop the next day. Beach pebbly was a short walk away and there was a perfect wooded area for dog walking. The surrounding beaches were lovely. Spent more than usual chilling out in back garden, utilizing the hot tub, hammock and seated area. Gas BQ was excellent though took some cleaning afterwards. NOW TV and WIFI was excellent. South Stack lighthouse very nearby, visited Velocity 2, Snowden Mountain both about 50 min drive away. I did have to pick someone else's dog poo up on the back lawn but that was only a minor thing. Perfect holiday would come back again.
