This detached holiday home has plenty of space for 6 with good size bedrooms and it benefits from a comfortable living room overlooking the fields behind and a separate snug where you can be entertained by games and an X Box. Located along quiet countryside roads, just outside the vibrant seaside town of Aberaeron, it is suitable for walking and cycling with a local church within walking distance with fantastic views overlooking the sea. The colourful Georgian town of Aberaeron is only a few minutes drive away from Erw Las, where there are shops to browse and plenty of pubs and excellent restaurants to choose from, some of which benefits from views of the harbour.

Aberaeron has the River Aeron flowing through it and also has two shingle beaches where you can admire the glistening sea, with a coastal path for you to enjoy the views too. From the harbour you can catch a boat to see the friendly bottlenose dolphins as well as other wildlife in Cardigan Bay, and look back at the pretty, picturesque town.
