1 Bryn Beudy Reviews

Everything was great, except for proximity to the road it was quite noisy.

Wow, wow, wow! We have had an amazing week at 1 Bryn Beudy. We could not fault the house. The bedrooms were all a good size, the bathroom and en suites were very clean. The living room, kitchen and dining area was bright and airy. We found every thing we needed in the kitchen to make our stay stress free. The outdoor area was spacious and inviting, the hot tub was a welcome addition. The weather was amazing and we enjoy exploring the surrounding areas on foot with easy access into Wisemans Bridge and Saundersfoot. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Bryn Beudy. The accommodation was clean and well proportioned with 3 good sized double beds. The walk to Saundersfoot is lovely, we did it twice! The house is really well situated for wider exploring of the area. The weather wasnt great when we were there so we didnt make use of the outside, but it looked like there was everything you need. The only downside was the road was slightly noisier than expected which could be a problem for the dual aspect bedroom and but is okay on the other 2 if you shut the doors. Would definitely recommend this house and if we visit the area again would rebook.
We all loved our stay and it was in a beautiful spot. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have had larger bath towels and extra ones, especially as we were there for two weeks. We couldnt find any scissors either. Other than that it was very well equipped.
A clean well equiped and well presented and cosy property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We would have liked larger bath towels and a couple of throws in the lounge area but other than that all was good with the accomodation. Our stay was pleasent and the location was good for walking access with our dog directly down to the local beach at Wisemans Bridge, where there was also a beach side Inn. The coastal path also allowed access to the cafes, bars and restaurants of Saundesfoot just a little further down the coast. approx 1.5 mile.
As continuous users of holiday properties this one is in the higher echelons of our stays. From facilities available to comfort left little to desire. The owner acted very swiftly to a small entertainment issue and even responded immediately to a suggestion for improvement in facilities made by my wife. Very considerate owners. We are returning later in the year this time with our dog. The garden is enclosed however calling it secure for all breeds may be stretching it a little. no problem for my spaniel. That said I can recommend this property without hesitation and look forward to our return. The owner even messaged me to say we had left things on departure before we had returned home and is kindly looking after them until our return later in the year.
The owner was very helpful. The location was perfect for dog walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen. We would stay again.
We found the property clean tidy and very welcoming. Kitchen was well appointed, with everything you needed to cook a family meal. Constructive feedback would be Bath Towels not big enough. Bedroom nearest the Jacuzzi was very cold unless the property heating was on maximum which made the rest of the house too hot. Outside light to the Jacuzzi was not working. Garden is not dog friendly as not secure even with gate shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again. Lovely area for beaches and country walks
Amazing family Christmas getaway, in a gorgeous location

Well kept property in a qiuet village but close to the coast and attractions. The owners are very nice friendly people ad very helpful. Great view from livingdining room with balcony and bedrooms have doors straight out to the patio. Everything we needed was supplied and the house was very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at Bryn Beudy. The property is fully equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect within 1 mile of Amroth beach with Wisemans Bridge and Saundersfoot both another half a mile away. We have already booked to come back next year for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. There are so many positives with this property as its very functional with great views on the 2nd floor and when sitting on the balcony. For our next visit we would suggest that the gap between the railing toward the end of the garden next to the shed be closed up so that our dog cannot poke her head through or for smaller dogs not to fall through it. This would be the only minor tweak required. All in all we would rate this property 4.9 out of 5 stars.
What a beautiful place to stay! The upside down house was so impressive from the moment we walked in. The whole house was comfortable and warm excellent! Lots of space and plenty of seating which we often find as a big group can be somewhat lacking! It was in a great location with some fantastic places just a short car journey away Tenby, Narberth, Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth all offering super places to eat from cafes to pubs! We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and I'm sure would have used it more had the weather been a little kinder. A great holiday though thank you so much for making the whole stay from booking to leaving the property so easy a memorable holiday!

Nice property in good location enjoyed our stay. Requires a little attention to detail in our opinion to make it very good.
Had a fantastic stay at bryn beudy stepaside. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, everything you could need is provided and plenty of it.The balcony was divine to sit out with a book or glass of wine or just to gaze at the view. Absolutely loved the hot tub and loads of sitting areas. I recommend this place if you want a relaxing holiday as it is also very peaceful. Our dogs loved it although some mesh on the gate would help when you have small dogs as I have, other than that it was a perfect stay
Victoria
We recently stayed at this fabulous property and cannot recommend it enough. Everything you need and more is provided to make your stay as perfect as possible, and ours certainly was. The location is idilic with breathtaking scenery from pretty much every room and even the Spa, which is spectacular on a starry night. Fabulous walks to the beach and neighbouring towns should you wish to venture and discover this beautiful place. The perfect base for a fabulous. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Highly recommend

We loved staying at 1 Bryn Beudy we could happily have stayed for much longer than the week we booked! The house is so lovely and spacious. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday. John, the owner lives nearby and is super helpful. The house is well located for getting into Saundersfoot and Tenby as well as for exploring more of Pembrokeshire. Definitely somewhere we would return to.
Angela
