About The Roundhouse at Ty Crwn

Lampeter,Ceredigion Bay 4.6 miles. Roundhouse Retreats offers a unique trio of single-storey Celtic roundhouses nestled on the peaceful outskirts of Lampeter, Ceredigion Bay.

Elegantly designed for couples, each retreat pairs two roundhouses with luxurious interiors, sweeping countryside views, and inviting outdoor spaces — perfect for unhurried mornings, magical nights under the stars, and every cherished moment in between. As you pull up to T?

Crwn, the countryside opens up around you, a peaceful patchwork of meadows and rolling hills that immediately sets the tone for your stay. The gravel crunches underfoot as you step out, and a neat patio leads you to the front door.

Inside, a welcoming hallway offers a quiet space with a small desk, tub chair, footstool and lamp, ideal for planning the day ahead or catching up on a few notes. From here, the home opens into a thoughtfully designed open-plan living space.

Exposed beams overhead and warm-toned wooden flooring underfoot create a sense of warmth and character, while artwork on the walls adds a personal touch. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together seamlessly, making it easy to chat with your partner or enjoy music while you cook.

After dinner, settle into the sofa and unwind, the large windows draw your gaze outside to open skies, and the soft rise of the surrounding hills. The king-size bedroom is a calm and inviting retreat.

A huge copper bathtub sits in front of the window, perfectly placed to enjoy the view while you soak. Velux skylights above, complete with black-out blinds, bring in natural light by day and reveal the stars at night.

A warm-toned wooden feature wall adds depth and texture, and the en-suite, tucked neatly behind the bedroom, includes a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail for a refreshing start to each day. Step outside and explore the garden, a generous space where wildflower meadows bloom and birdsong fills the air.
