This was a wonderful place to stay, it was clean, bright, comfortable and with everything you could need. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and with plenty of space . The games room was a real plus in the wet weather and the garden was a sun trap when it did appear! Beds were very comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome, even before we arrived. The beach is a short walk away and you may be lucky to spot dolphins as we did. Highly recommend this lovely house.

I stayed with my daughters at the end of August. The property is brilliantly well presented, and equipped with all that you need in the kitchen, bedrooms...and a pool table with no scuffs!! The main living room was spacious, although got very warm. That's a minor quibble as the windows make for a great vista. The kitchen was beautiful, all the stuff you need. Maybe need another saucepan for the hob. Again, minor. The air fryer was a good touch. The garden is simple, but spot on. The hot tub was warm, clean and easy to operate. There was a lovely big table for morning weetabix coffee and contemplation before the teens arose. Easy parking too. Lovely area to explore and I even did the local Park Run on the beach

Berth was amazing! So much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need even an airfryer! And of course the hot tub is fantastic!! Linda gave us some brilliant tips on local beaches and it was lovely to be able to walk over to one of them. The cottage is well positioned so you can get to some lovely places without having to travel too far. Perfect holiday destination!

This cottage was perfect for our party of 5, which included two young children and one other person with limited mobility. The property itself was spacious, with room to spread out if desired, and the games room downstairs and open plan kitchendining area were both especially welcome when keeping the children occupied. The outside space was also perfect for our needs, with plenty of space for the children to play safely in the enclosed garden area which had AstroTurf to help keep everything neat and tidy. There was also a hot tub which we didn't use, a large dining table with chairs and a BBQ. The owners really have considered every possibility when it comes to the facilities and equipment provided at Berth. Having brought a few items with us in case we needed them, absolutely everything we needed was in hand. Other cottages we have stayed in simply don't compare when it comes to small things like this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Berth very much, and would like to thank Linda and Jon for making it a very happy few days in Wales.

Our second stay at Berth and just as brilliant as the first. Gorgeous welcome basket we loved the Bara brith and butter! The house was spotlessly clean and this comes from a clean freak! Our kids loved the games room and we all loved the hot tub. Great location with beautiful views across to the sea. Thank you to the owners for our fabulous stay.

Excellent location. Quiet with lots of nice places to visit a short drive in every direction . Property felt exceptionally clean with great amenities. We booked this property for the games room to escape the rain . We were blessed with great weather so didnt rely on it but a nice room to escape with the kids in the evening before a dip in the hot tub . The photos dont do this place justice its very spacious .We will be booking again

Berth is a lovely holiday house in a beautiful location. It was spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard and decor was beautifully coordinated. The added extras throughout the property such as the very well equipped kitchen, the supply of games, puzzles, toys etc in games room as well as the Wifi and xbox made for a relaxing and stress free holiday. The garden was very well maintained and the hot tub was well used. The welcome hamper for us on arrival was lovely and much appreciated. Will happily recommend to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this property for either families or friends. The information and welcome packs were great on arrival as we could have a lovely cup of coffee before unpacking. The property both inside and out was immaulate, with the garden furniture and hot tub beingan added bonus. Three generations of my family stayed here ages ranging from 13 to 65 years old and we all enjoyed our stay. The games room was great for children at night before bedtime, adults enjoyed it aswell.

We have stayed in many different holiday cottages over the years and this was one of the best. A lovely welcome pack from the owners, spotlessly clean, spacious and really wellequipped. A really comfortable home in a great position, being close to both Pwllheli and Criccieth. Both towns have some lovely shops and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely love this place. The owners are soo lovely and helpful. This is our 2nd stay here this year. We love it! The only reason I dropped a point on comfort is the mattress in the master bedroom wasnt comfortable this time. Brilliant holiday home will definitely stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Berth and it's a great base for exploring North Wales. The property was very spacious, clean and had everything that you could possibly need. The welcome pack and card was a lovely touch and we particularly enjoyed the Bara Brith! Couple of small things for the owners to consider the double bed is a little creaky and hooks on the backs of the doors in the bathroom and ensuite would have been useful. We absolutely loved this holiday cottage. As a young family it was perfect for us, the children enjoyed playing in the games room and we all loved the hot tub. The cottage has everything you might need, including childrens cutlery, high chair, stair gates etc. the garden is enclosed and super safe. We found the location perfect for exploring the area. Fantastic holiday accommodation! Warm and welcoming owners . House is home from home with every detail taken care of to make stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is great .. walking distance to beautiful beach. Only down side is that it is just off the road so one does hear traffic Would definitely return !

The accomodation was excellent. All the the facilities needed were there, the place was spotlessly clean, it was a very quiet peaceful location. Berth is airy and modern and beautifully decorated. The bathroom and ensuite are brilliantly appointed, the games room is a god send for both rainy days or for kids waiting while food is being prepared. The wifi signal is strong and easily supported 5 devices all at once. The jacuzzi spotlessly clean and very relaxing for evening dips which we used every day. The owners very kindly emptied our bins Welsh recycling bins take some getting used to. Excellent base to explore Llyn. Thank you for a great week.
