It sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stunning sea views over the coastline and the beach just 50 yards away. The harbour at Porth Colmon is a short stroll from the door and the property even has its own slipway for launching small boats.

The setting is genuinely rural and quiet. You can walk the cliff-top path to Treath Penllach for uncrowded golden sands or watch for dolphins and seals offshore. In season local fishermen sell freshly caught lobster and crab nearby. A seasonal shop is just ¼ mile away.

The farmhouse sleeps 6 across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 2 has two 3ft singles and a 3ft bunk.
