Y Beudy Reviews

We had a great week at Y Beudy. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. It provided an excellent base for two couples as each bedroom had its own ensuite. The kitchen was spacious and provided lots of room for storage and food preparation and the lounge area was comfy. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun at the front. The hot tub and patio sofas in the partially covered area at the back were great for relaxing at the end of a long day's walk. The owners were on hand and responded immediately to any queries we had and couldn't be more helpful. Overall a great holiday cottage.
A lovely spacious cottage, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is just great for visiting all the popular tourist attractions that Pembroke has to offer. We loved coming back to the hot tub after a busy day out and just relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. Its a second time visit for us and not our last. The welcome gift of brownies and fresh flowers on arrival was really appreciated by us all. A great family getaway!

A brilliant week in the loveliest accommodation. Very well equipped, clean, welcoming and definitely a home from home. Cosy at night with the fire and the outdoor areas are fab, too. Bonus points for having friendly goats. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful cottage and surroundings. Just back from half term holiday here and we myself, husband, teenager and two younger boys had a fantastic time. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable thank you so much for the brownies, such a kind touch. Every single thing is really considered with this property, couldnt fault on thing. There were enough logs for a fire each evening, and preprepared fire for arrival. The amenities are fabulous, you have everything you could want, a real home from home and made cooking so easy. The hot tub was fab and the kids so enjoyed seeing and feeding carrots to the gorgeous super friendly goats. I feel so restored after a few days here and cant wait to go back. Surrounding area is beautiful for walks along the coast. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your property and all the thoughtful touches.
Great accommodation with everything needed for a relaxing break. We will definitely be returning
Lovely cottage in a peaceful and quite location The hot tub and log fire was great The owner was great in responding to any questions we had.

A wonderfully situated cottage that was an ideal base to tour North Pembrokeshire and the neighbouring Cardigan. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with great ensuite facilities. The fire was a added bonus in the evenings as the nights draw in and the hot tub was a great way to chill and relax. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to get away from it all. Sadly, I had to share the complementary brownies with the other guests. Thanks again for a great stay.
Comfortable character cottage, very well laid out and equipped for short or long stays. Spacious ensuite bedrooms with super comfy beds. Large open plan kitchendinerliving space. Bags of character blended with all mod cons. Loved the fully enclosed rear courtyard with covered seating area and fantastic hot tub! All other accessible areas of the farm are peaceful and guest friendly. Kind, considerate hostsleft us to enjoy the time away, but easily on hand via text if there were any issues which there werent. Perfect location for accessing all of the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Very accurate listing, didnt disappoint in any way..highly recommended.

Comfortable stay. The laundry room absolutely disgusting in fact both machines broken,so no washing could be done. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit need to be on show,or if in cupboard it needs to be labelled. Places to visit a bit far out unless your prepared to drive.
Rebecca
So much bigger than we expected. Lovely big comfy beds. Kitchen completely full with all the equipment you could think of. Hot tub was brilliant and because it had a roof it didnt matter if we had rain. The setting on the farm is beautiful and seeing the animals everyday and listening to the stream was so relaxing. Little one loved all the space and the play area. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. A great location for exploring.
Rachel
Lovely holiday cottage in a beautiful area, and ideal for staying with young children. Our daughter loved the large outdoor area with goats, horses, cows and sheep in adjacent fields, as well as the swings and slide. It was a short car journey to Newport beach. The private hot tub was an added bonus. Owners were friendly and welcoming and left delicious homemade chocolate brownies for us. Would definitely stay again. Also ideal if staying in a larger group as could be rented along with one or both of the other two cottages. Easy to find and plenty of off road parking.
Had the most amazing week at Y Beudy. The cottage itself was well maintained and spacious. The secure back garden was a win for me as I could relax as the children played. The kids absolutely loved using the swing area and going to see the goats and horses each day. Loved it that much that we aregoing to book to go again next year.

Y Beaudy was a fantastic find. Comfortable and cosy. Cental for the North Coast but tucked away in a lovely countryside setting. Facilities were good everything you need. The hot tub was a real treat and great after exploring. There is also a good garage and well stocked shop about half a mile away. Will definately consider this gem again.

A fantastic week spent at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect, the cottage was spotless, well equipped and beautiful decorated and furnished. The location was amazing, awakening to the birds singing every morning, and the sound of the stream very peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was fabulous. Everything contributed to a most enjoyable, and relaxing week away
Fantastic host. Couldnt do enough for us throughout the week. Cottage was absolutely spotless, and everything had been thought of. Hot tub was the best weve been in. Beautiful property, located in a lovely a quiet area. We enjoyed our 7 days stay at Y Beudy over the Christmas holiday it was magical. The property was very clean and spotless, couldnt ask for anything more. Everything that we needed was there. It was definitely worth the near 5 hour drive, will be back in the near future
Beautiful property ,very well appointed ,great hottub ,great area lots to see and do would highly recommend
Y Beudy is a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful, easy to drive to location on a working farm. We were made very welcome by the owners and appreciated the home made brownies and flowers. The cottage is one of three and is very well equipped for up to six people. The hot tub is the best we have ever used and is in a very private, partly enclosed rear patio with an undercover seating area. This opens on to the beautiful riverside area with tables, barbecue and playground. The two sunny patios to the front are a real pleasure to sit in. Plenty of walks around and lots to see within a short distance. Handy shop a mile away on main road with regular buses to Fishguard or Cardigan. As two pensioners, we loved our week here, were lucky to have fabulous weather and would recommend this cottage to couples and families.
We had a fantastic stay at Y Beudy. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and cosy. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location to explore Pembrokeshire. It was such a peaceful place to stay with lovely outdoor seating and an area for the children to run around and see the goats! The hot tub was wonderful and our children absolutely loved it! The Welsh cakes and chocolate brownies on arrival were absolutely delicious, thank you for a lovely stay!
Victoria
We had a lovely stay at Y Beudy. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. The Welshcakes were delicious. We took two boys, aged 8 and 9. They had everything you could wish for a huge play area field, a zip wire, the hot tub was very well used by them and us. Netflix. They loved it. The cottage is a good base for exploring the coast and we did Newport, Poppet Sands, New Quay, Tenby and Folly Farm. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, the attic bedroom is light and airy. There is a lovely patio to sit and have a morning cuppa evening wine. We just loved our stay.
We had an amazing break everything was clean and tidy we had all the pots pans crockery we needed for our stay. The area is so peaceful and quiet. Hot tub and outside space are great and even if your unfortunate to get some rain you can still use this space as undercover. It was actually so much bigger than we thought it was on the pictures. There is village shop not to far away if you get stuck, but Cardigan is only a short drive away where you have all the amenities you need. Mannuccis is lovely Italian and The Copper Pot does good food with a secret garden. Would definitely come back and stay we loved it . The goats at the back were very cute and friendly.
Is amazing property
We had a wonderful stay at Y Beudy, welcome brownies and flowers on arrival a lovely touch brownies were delicious. Great base for visiting the local areas, no where was more than an hiur away which is ideal with young children. Great facilities and handy that both bedrooms were en suite. Hot tub was such a treat perfect at the end of a busy day exploring! Back garden was lovely and private, and the play area with the animals was great for the children. I loved the decor of the property, really well thought out, classy and modern. Plenty of towels and bed linen if needed which was useful. Gate at the top of the stairs was a major bonus and something that is rare in holiday cottages so handy for young children and gave peace of mind! Smart TV was great for a variety of programmes, and kitchen was well equipped too. Would recommend and felt we truly switched off and had a really enjoyable time here. Diolch yn fawr!
Just back from a weeks holiday at Y Beudy and I would like to say we have had a fantastic time. The accommodation has all the amenities you need including dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machines. The beds are super comfy and both bedrooms are ensuite. My son enjoyed feeding the goats and having a play on the swings around the back of the property and was so sad to leave. The weather has been amazing and we drove to many local beaches and also to Fishguard to do some crabbing off the harbour. Hot tub was also a bonus it was lovely in the private courtyard area. Thank you so much to the owners who were lovely !

The cottage was gorgeous and clean, with everything we needed for a great holiday. The hot tub was amazing and very private. Loved that it was on a working farm with cattle, sheep, goats and horses... Great for children with a huge play area, zip wire and a lovely stream. The owners were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic time here and would recommend to couples and families alike. We definitely plan to return.

We had the best weekend at Y beudy! The accommodation was perfect. Had everything we needed, plenty of space. Clean and tidy. And so cosey and comfortable. The front patio is a perfect little sun trap and the back being sheltered was great so we got to be outside in all weathers. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Even gave us the opportunity to meet some of the farm animals and the baby goat! We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend and will 100 be back again!
Had a lovely stay here, loved the hot tub and wood burner. Great how the cottages are set and each one has their own little private area. The shop garage at end of road definitely needs a visit, an Aladdins cave of goodies and the owners were very knowledgeable about the local area gave us a few tips on places to visit
