About 1-Bedroom Hot Tub Barn in King's Lynn

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this delightful holiday home just outside the rural Norfolk village of Runcton Holme. This cosy retreat sleeps two guests and makes a lovely bolthole for couples looking to explore the beautiful Norfolk Fens.

Enjoy peaceful walks directly from your front door, or visit one of the nearby nature reserves, such as Watatunga and RSPB Snettisham (both within 20 miles). You’ll also be perfectly placed for a day at the coast, with the sandy shores of Heacham and Hunstanton within 25 miles.

Nearby attractions include the Sandringham Estate, Castle Rising, and the National Trust’s Oxburgh Hall, or for a day of retail therapy, journey to Downham Market (4 miles) to potter around the independent shops and outdoor markets selling handmade gifts and local produce. The single-storey, red-brick holiday home forms part of a small complex in a peaceful corner of the Norfolk countryside.

Enter the property directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is flooded with natural light thanks to triple-aspect windows. The space is decorated in a country-cottage style with pretty, floral fabrics and traditional furniture, and you’ll also see the property’s original, exposed beams running across the ceiling.

After a busy day, spend time rustling up something to eat in the farmhouse-style kitchen area and sharing dinners for two at the sweet dining table. As the evening draws in, snuggle up on the sofa with a good book or your favourite show streaming on the Smart TV.

Just off the living area is an inviting king-size bedroom, and completing the accommodation is an en-suite wet room with an accessible shower and grab rails. Outside, relax on your private patio area, where you’ll find sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ for al fresco dining on a summer’s evening.

Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 23 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 24 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
National Horse Racing Museum - CB8 8JL
about 27 Miles
This is a museum with a difference and a must see if you are into horse racing.  You can take guided tours around the museum or choose to wander round yourself admiring the exhibits.  New for 2010 is a Junior Fun Tour which is ideal for children.  Simply ask the gallery staff for a Fun Tour pack when you enter the museum and kids can answer questions and spot clues and tips on the way round.  One of the most popular recent exhibitions is the Thoroughbred: State of the Art exhibition in Gallery 5 on until 31st October.  Check out their websites for the latest exhibitions.
