It's a proper standout property genuinely unlike most holiday lets.

The setting is rural and peaceful. Footpaths start right from the doorstep making it ideal walking territory. Rye is just 3. 5 miles away and the beach is 2 miles. A pub is within a mile and a restaurant is just 300 yards away.

Three bathrooms include an ensuite to Bedroom 1 and a slipper bath on the first floor. The open-plan ground floor has a 55" Smart TV and woodburner with bi-folding doors opening to the terrace.

Battle Abbey is 7 miles away. Rye Harbour Nature Reserve with five bird watching hides is under 4 miles.

Camber Sands is close for swimming. Hastings seafront is roughly 9 miles away.
