We stayed at Rose Cottage over Christmas and really enjoyed it. The location near Rutland Water is lovelyand the cottage itself is charming. The hot tub was a highlight - very well looked after. The rooms are spacious, especially the three large downstairs areas including the kitchen. The fire isn't used, but it adds a cosy feel. The kitchen is decent, though a bit more cupboard space would be handy if you're self-catering. Overall, a great stay!
