✓The nearest shop is 1.9 miles away, and the pub is 0.4 miles away (0.2 miles accessible on foot by footpath)

✓Pets, smoking and children are not permitted
✓The car park is approximately 250 meters from the property, and the path leading to the property may be unsuitable for the elderly, disabled, or less mobile guests
✓For the safety of our guests we have cctv in place at the entrance to the site, on the roadways and on the pathways and on the access road around the lake
