Stable Cottage is set amongst the private grounds of Davenport House in Worfield, an 18th-century Georgian Manor House. The mile-long approach takes you to a place of relaxation and peaceful secret gardens, inviting a true appreciation of the Shropshire countryside.

Stable Cottage is one of five self-catering cottages entirely restored and redesigned, offering a tranquil retreat with stylish furnishings and comfort. Boasting characterful beams and high ceilings, this tranquil haven offers off-road parking for two cars, making it an ideal escape for families or friends seeking a serene countryside getaway.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the large and airy open-plan living area, where you can unwind after a day of exploration. The living area is equipped with a TV for your entertainment, while the dining area offers seating for four, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven with electric hob, microwave, and a fridge with an icebox, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided for your convenience.

When it's time to retire for the night, choose from two inviting bedrooms: a super-king-size which can be converted into twin beds upon request, and a snug double room. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, boasting a serene spot to rest your head after a day of adventure, one of which has a day bed, providing additional sleeping space for one guest.

The large family bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, a basin, and a WC, providing a sleek space to freshen up. Step outside to the enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the fresh air and calmness of your surroundings.
