Tadpole Mews at Frog Hall is a recently renovated two-bedroom cottage sitting in a private rural location on the edge of Tilston village in Cheshire. It sits opposite the Grade II listed St Mary's Church and is packed with character including a striking mezzanine-style sleeping arrangement. This is the smaller of the two cottages at Frog Hall and sleeps up to four guests.

The Cheshire countryside surrounds you here. Walking and cycling routes start directly from the door. Tilston's playing fields are half a mile away with a playground and pump track for bikes and scooters. Chester is 30 minutes away. North Wales and Shropshire are both within easy reach.

The cottage has two bedrooms. Bedroom one is on the ground floor with a kingsize (5ft) bed and 32" Smart TV.

Bedroom two is a galleried double (4ft 6in) accessed via stairs from bedroom one. There's one shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Chester Zoo (30 mins) and Beeston Castle (30 mins) are both close by.

Bolesworth Castle is just a 10-minute drive. Llangollen's Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is a short trip into North Wales.

Out of all of the Go Ape! courses the one in Cheshire is the most spread out and it takes staff ten minutes to patrol the site on bike - which gives a good indication of the size of this place.  If you're looking for an adventurous and memorable day out then Go Ape is highly recommended.  Trek through the treetops, swing between the trees and enjoy zip wire rides all as part of your experience.  This attraction opens every day from the end of March to end October and is open on weekends in November.  Go Ape Cheshire is closed every Tuesday except school holidays.

Legend has it that the well first erupted at the spot where Caradog cut off the nuns head with his sword.
