Lavender Cottage was excellent in every way. Full of character, beautifully equipped and furnished and reflected everything described in the brochure. We were a party of six adults plus one large greyhound and the accommodation met all our needs. The occasion was a small family celebration following my 75th birthday and Lavender Cottage provided us the perfect and memorable setting. Thank you.

The most incredible house! all the little touches made a huge difference, such as bits from the farm, firewood, biscuits and tea bags, toiletries etc thank you, great touch! The beds were out of this world comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped which a decent oven and fridge. Even seeing John Lewis labels on things all over the house shows that they have put time and money into the house and really care for it. Honestly cant say enough good things about this place.

The cottage is absolutely lovely and very well furnished and equiped. The large enclossed garden is fabulous. We didn't master the wood fired hot tub which was disappointing but not the end of the world. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Fabulous property, beautifully renovated and decorated. The garden was excellent for our 2 dogs, fully secure. The cottage had everything we needed, comfortable beds and all the little extras provided. Great location for exploring Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Only 4 minute drive to the supermarket. Highly recommended 5 stars

We had a lovely break in lavender cottage, the secured garden for our dogs was ideal and we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying the hot tub. The cottage is very well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook most evenings. We would definitely rebook! I have to echo other comments regarding toilet paper, for 6 adults we needed to go buy more as ran out fairly quickly

Lavender Cottage is absolutely beautiful & was very cool and comfortable in this week's heatwave. The house is very well equipped with quality furnishings & all the kitchen bits you could need. Wonderful large garden & lovely view of the Malvern Hills from the garden. Hot tub was lovely too! My only point of feedback is that nowhere in the listing does it state that this is a 'no dogs upstairs' property we only discovered this on arrival. This was OK for us but could be a deal breaker for others.

A very picturesque cottage in a good location handy for Malvern and countryside. Completely enclosed huge garden was good for the dog though nowhere in the description does it say dogs not allowed upstairs we wouldn't have booked it otherwise, as I have a spaniel with separation anxiety Being next to the farm meant a lot of flies in the hot weather, but the rooms were nice and cool and the beds comfortable. Wellequipped kitchen is a good size, the bathroom actually had door hooks, flat surface for toiletries and bath sheets few do! The public footpath about 100yds away is the start of several lovely walks on the estate and is the best we've ever had right from a property!

The Cottage and the Garden space are lovely. Unfortunately for the money you pay for 7 nights it wasnt clean at all which was a big let down. On our day of arrivial we have been left milk and Butchers sausages which is great but unfortunately both item were Rock solid frozen in the fridge so no cup of tea or coffee on arrival. And a small loaf of bread has been left but it was out of date the day we arrived. Very short on towels too. I would expect a little more for 1600 pounds for 7 nights ! So therefore wouldnt return for obvious reasons.

Fabulous cottage, in a beautiful location. Well maintained and homely decor. A generous hamper of bread etc was a welcome addition. Hot tub was great, needs plenty of time to heat up though. Only thing we would have liked would have been more cutlery, crockery and more tea towels. Overall, highly recommended.

What a beautiful cottage! We loved the decor, cosiness and space within the property and enjoyed the location on the outskirts of Madresfield with lovely local walks and within a few miles of Malvern. An improvement would be to add a mirror and a hairdryer to the 3rd bedroom and a few more mugs in the kitchen.

Stayed at Byways last year with a bigger party but Lavendar Cottage didn't disappoint. Welcome pack last year included sausage and bacon which was so good we purchased some to bring home. No bacon this year which if you are showcasing your produce is a little short sighted, as you now can purchase direct from the butchery. We placed an order with John who was really helpful and collection easily arranged, it is exceptionally good produce. Noble Isle toiletries were a nice touch. Plenty of good walks locally for the dog. Always enjoy the hot tub, its relaxing after a nice long walk. Would definitely recommmend and we will be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Lavender Cottage. It is extremely clean and comfortable and in an ideal spot to enjoy the Malvern Hills and surrounding area. The hot tub was a bonus. Thank you for the welcome pack too. We had a small issue with one of the showers. The response was quick and friendly and the issue dealt with promptly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. I hope we can return soon.

Lavender Cottage was a perfect place to stay for a week for our family of 6 adults and 3 babies under 9 months. We would highly recommend it. The location was also great and we made the most of visiting different places near and far. Sadly the hot tub was not fully working with bubbles but it was still warm and we used it nevertheless. We would definitely choose it again.

WOW... Absoluty stunning! The cottage is beautifully decorated, lots of thought has been given to each room. Bedrooms are spacious, we had the best night's sleep all week, it's just so peaceful and quiet. Lots of space to relax downstairs and everything you could need is provided in the kitchen. The garden is a fantastic size, which our 2 dogs took full advantage off. The hot tub is a great to relax in after a long walk up the beautiful Malvern hills. Such a peaceful stay, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but everything you need pubs, shops are not far away. The welcome pack was amazing! Again very thoughtful of the owners. We did not want to leave and would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Internally, the property was very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. We also enjoyed the garden and hot tub though we did have some niggles with the hot tub they were addressed promptly. The property was very well located and we found there was plenty to do in the area. Thanks for everything including the fabulous welcome hamper.

We just spent a week at Lavender cottage and we were not disappointed. The place was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hanging space for your clothes, full length mirrors and power points where you need them when drying your hair. The garden was a nice sunny space with plenty of seating dotted around and was a good secure area for our dog. The welcome pack of milk, bread, jams cookies and coffee was a nice touch we were very thankful for. We really did enjoy our stay and would consider booking again as a week wasn't long enough to explore the area.

Delightful cottage, very quiet, good combination of old and new features, could not get the hot tub to light properly which was a bit disappointing but otherwise everything was very good, one negative point we had was that the house instructions we were sent were for Byeways, so we had the wrong key code .

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit everyone was fantastic to work with! We had lots of questions in advance as we were traveling from the USA. The cottage was just perfect!!! Thank you again for the hospitality!

A very comfortable stay at Lavender Cottage and we will definitely be back. Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Garden was a joylarge, well kept and very well enclosed for dogs and children. Kitchen well equipped. The hot tub does take longer to heat up than the instructions suggest so bear that in mind. A lovely stay which will be our go to option when we next stay in the area.
