Durham Cottage is a delightful retreat situated just outside the wonderful town of Wolsingham, Durham. Offering off-road parking and picturesque landscapes of the North East.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, where you can unwind in the sitting room in front of the Smart TV and the warmth of the woodburning stove. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table, providing a sociable space for all to gather.

Step into your own slice of serenity in the private garden, a tranquil retreat with a lush lawn and a patio outfitted with stylish furniture, perfect for leisurely alfresco meals. And for the ultimate indulgence, sink into the bubbling hot tub under the night sky, where relaxation meets stargazing bliss.

When it's time to rest you'll find four bedrooms split over the first and second floors. On the ground floor is a family room with a bunk and single bed, as well as a twin room.

Upstairs, is a well-appointed double and single. Servicing these rooms is a bathroom and a shower room which help make sure everyone is catered for without causing any morning rushes!
