Private parking is available for two cars. Grasmere is considered one of the most picturesque villages in the Lake District, with historic buildings, quaint tea rooms, art galleries and independent shops to explore.

From the doorstep of Rowan Cottage there are walking trails aplenty, enjoy a picnic by pretty Easedale Tarn or climb Helm Crag for spectacular views across Grasmere and beyond. By car or bus you can easily reach the popular Lakeland towns of Ambleside, Windermere and Keswick.
