Morgan's Barn

Morgans barn is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Our adult family loved the space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and hot tub and the dogs loved being next to the woods for great walks. We really enjoyed the walk into the friendly village with great dog friendly bars and tasty food and drinks.

Morgans Barn was a delightful, comfortable and beautiful barn conversion. The 2 bathrooms were warm, modern and spotless and the beds very comfortable. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The log burner was a bonus. We had a lovely preXmas break meeting up with family and we appreciated the xmas tree and decorations that completed the experience.

Thank you so much to Katy for going out of her way on Friday evening to make up the twin beds for us we really appreciate it. The accommodation is perfect for a chilled walking weekend. Lots of walks in the area and lovely cafes nearby. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy and very homely. The welcome pack was much appreciated. We have already booked for next year we love it that much.

We had a fantastic stay at Morgan's Barn. Every detail was carefully considered. Katy was extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a real treat. This has to be the best property we have stayed in and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the future.

Katy is the perfect host with excellent attention to detail to make sure your stay is special. The home is so well thought out and was a perfect little get away with great countryside walks and greeted with perfect cosy comforts on return. We have recently returned from a wonderful 5 night stay in this beautiful barn. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owners had thought of everything and the complementary shortbread and Prosecco was and added bonus as was the lovely hottub. The property is set in a lovely location, just a short walk to the local villages. Thank you for making our stay so special and I'm sure we will return again soon.

We had a great week staying in Morgans Barn spotlessly clean, comfortable and with everything that you could need, including some super weather. We also enjoyed the hot tub just the thing after a long walk! The shortbread and bottle of rose were appreciated too. Thank you Katy!

The property was just as described and pictured and in a lovely quiet location, but in walking distance of amenities. It was beautifully clean and some lovely welcome treats left for us on arrival. Being able to have the beds as 6 singles was great for a girls group. Katy text before arrival to check our needs and was very willing to give advice for food, walks etc. we loved the property and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Exceptional experience. ..surroundings, accomodation, the wonderful Katy and comfort. We really could have stayed much much longer. Superb accomodation but Katy was just so welcoming and kind. Plenty of super places to visit. Cannon Hall Country Park took.our breath away....free too. Hawarth, Holmfirth satisfied the 'soap' yen. The countryside is stunning. Thank you Katy....perfect break.

Lovely cottage , well looked after, great hosts with good attention to detail. Hot tub was a delight after some great walks from the cottage. Beautiful local villages and lots to see and do.

The perfect weekend away! Beautiful location, wonderful hosts and amazing property. Six best friends enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing games by the fire, walking through beautiful woods into Honley from the house and a trip for a gorgeous meal in Holmfirth. We have all recommended this gorgeous place to our friends, and hope to return one day soon. Thank you for having us!

This is the third year we have stayed at Morgan's Barn and it did not disappoint again. The barn is stunning, the location is excellent and it provides a very comfortable stay for a group of friends. The hot tub is fabulous and wellmaintained too. We will be back for year 4!

What an amazing property this is! We were wowed from the get go when we were showed around and that didnt stop the whole stay. It was clean, had everything you needed in the whole property, was warm and the little extras just made this property and stay 5! So much care and thought has been put into it. We would highly recommend and would love to come back. Thank you!!

I went with my husband, our two 17 & 19 years old boys, our daughter and her boyfriend and our dog cookie. We had an amazing time at Morgans barn. Everything was perfect. It has everything you need and their hospitality was fantastic. Honley was a beautiful village, good food at pubs with friendly staff. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed at Morgans barn with 3 friends and 2 dogs! Katy and Stuart couldnt have been more accommodating! Very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Milk, Prosecco , Snacks and Homemade Shortbread waiting for us. In a lovely quiet location with woods either side to walk in with the dogs couldnt have been more perfect! 20 mins stroll into the village of Honley which is lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others! Thanks Katy and Stuart!

A very nicely presented property in a great, peaceful location. Easy access to local walks for the village, amenities & countryside right from the doorstep and only a short drive to the routes to explore further. A very friendly welcome and owners available if needed. The hot tub adds that bit of extra luxury relaxation. A great base for enjoying some of the areas cycling terrain.

Perfect location, rural but also close to the town of Holmfirth Honley. Hosts are attentive, interesting to chat with but not intrusive. Morgans Barn has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

My 2 cousins and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful accomodation. It was clean, comfortable with bright, open space. The barn feels secluded even though the owners were in the property next door. It was quiet with stunning views over the fields yet only a short drive into the lovely vllage of Honley. Katy, the owner, was there to greet us and had left us all the essentials as well as being kind enough to leave us some delicious home baking! There are a number of lovely spots to eat in Honley and we chose Savaro, The Lebanese Restuarant which gets 5 from us! All in I woud highly recommend Morgans Barn for a get away from it all. 5 Stars plus!

The owner is exceptionally accommodating and ensures that all needs are fulfilled. They are attentive but not to the point of being intrusive.

Absolutely fantastic holiday break! The location was breathtaking, offering stunning views in every direction. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They live on site but are respectful of your privacy. They also left a welcome gift of prosecco and home made shortbread. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, and the interior design was simply beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, we found it to be the perfect retreat. Additionally, being close to the village and shops made it convenient for any necessities. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Oh, and did I mention the hot tub? It was not only clean but also incredibly relaxing, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

Lovely accommodation that suited the needs of 3 couples perfectly. Nice open plan social layout upstairs and all 3 bedrooms good and equitable sizes. The hottub was fantastic and the whole area is quiet and relaxing. Short walk into Honely with a lovely meal at Punch Tapas. Lovely welcoming host, shortbread was fantastic!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.
