A glass-covered entrance to the cellar glows softly at night, adding a touch of intrigue to the space.

Upstairs, the oak handrails reach the carpeted landing, which overlooks the dining room and leads to two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Eastfield Farm Reviews

A truly outstanding property! The cottage was very clean and well maintained, with everything we could possibly need... and more. So many thoughtful details that made the holiday really restful and special. Communication from the owners was excellent, very friendly and helpful the best that we've ever had. We will definitely be back it was the best holiday and the best property we have had!
Absolutely perfect. We had everyone we needed everything was spotless and smelt fresh. Hot tub was a great way to unwind after days out. Would highly recommend this property xx
The house is absolutely gorgeous, finished to the highest standard, with everything you could need. The hot tub is a great addition and the location is great, within easy access of lots of lovely places to visit. The welcome basket was such a lovely touch, we would definitely recommend this property!

An absolutely wonderful stay at a truly amazing property. The house is stunning from the moment you walk into the large kitchen opening into the lovely lounge with a big tv and log fire. The bedrooms were lovely and the facilities overall were everything and more for what you would need. The house is just perfect for a getaway break away from the hustle and bustle. 15 minutes drive away from the town a supermarket. The property gave us some great memories and we would definitely return in the future. The host was helpful and discreet, being there if we needed it but honestly we didnt need anything at all. The cherry on top was the welcome basket left that just felt so lovely.
This property is really beautiful delivering a real wow factor from the moment you walk through the door. It has been built with loving attention to detail and full of quality furnishings and fittings throughout. A lovely welcome basket was a very nice surprise on our arrival. The cottage is currently detached and private with some amazing views and you do really escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The gorgeous kitchen, like the rest of the house, comes with absolutely everything you need for the stay. Upstairs, there are 2 lovely big bedrooms both with comfortable double beds. It has an equally stunning bathroom with a nice shower. It was so immaculately clean throughout absolutely spotless. There were robes and towels provided. The hot tub is nice, clean and modern and will fit 4 people lovely to relax in after spending days out. Its not under cover though which limited our use of it because the rainfall in the week we stayed was unfortunately biblical to be expected in January. The hosts were communicative and made themselves readily contactable had we needed them without being intrusive. Amazing cottage. 100 recommended.

The kitchen is so dreamy, packed with everything youll need. Cosy lounge with fire so toasty, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and the hot tub was immaculate! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Martin checked in on us via text to make sure we were ok and the welcome Hamper was incredibly generous!! Full of goodies. We spent a few days walking in the local area , taking in the waterfalls. And visited the Observatory which is only 3 miles away. Definitely a must. We saw Jupiter & Saturn We will absolutely stay here again & Ive already recommended to family & friends. 1010 5 Stars
Beautiful property in an idyllic location. Everything you need is provided and a generous welcome pack awaits you on arrival. The property has been lovingly restored to a very high standard by the family that have owned it for generations. Very considerate and helpful hosts, checking in from time to time to ensure we had everything we need. Just enjoyed the most relaxing stay and looking forward to returning in the new year.
A beautiful cottage, very well equipped and luxurious fittings. No silly restrictions on the times you can go in the hot tub. Very attentive discreet owners that leave you alone to enjoy but are there if you need them. We will definitely be back x
An exceptional property that is clean, warm and cosy and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to serve your needs for a week and we were greeted with a superb welcome pack. Centrally located for easy access to many attractions and walking areas with the benefit of a large hot tub to relax in to at the end of each days adventures. We have stayed in many cottages over the last 25 years and this is amongst the best. The owners leave you in peace but are only at the end of the phone if needed and are full of advice for local attractions and eateries. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a recommended day out for families with young children visiting the Bedale area of Yorkshire.  Visit the farm and receive a warm welcome as well as a guided tour.  You will have the chance to bottle feed the lambs, bath a pig and handle some of the smaller animals.  Kids will love the big sandpit and the outdoor play area. There is also a cafe and indoor play area for when the weather is not on your side.
