A large and impressive property located in a perfect position for exploring Bridlington with good railbus links to surrounding areas. The house is well equipped with lots of areas to sit and relax as part of a large group. As friends we go away together every year but struggle to find houses large enough to accommodate as we all prefer ensuite bathrooms now. This house and Bridlington ticked all the boxes for the various interests of the group. On the two occasions I needed to contact the owner I received a speedy and friendly response. I would highly recommend this property and we would all love to return!

Beautiful property, clean, well equipped and wellmaintained. We are a large family group and everyone enjoyed the stay. All the rooms are spacious and the kitchendining area is stunning ideal for family meals. Only a short walk down to the beach and in to Bridlington and Sewerby. The owner was very responsive to any questions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. I'm certain we'll be booking again, it was just perfect!

This house was wonderful and a pleasure to stay in. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Old Town, Centre and train station. Train trip to Beverley was lovely. Bridlington animal park is a must and the stain glass centre was so enjoyable. We made tea lights very therapeutic. The house had everything ideal for family get together. Lots of space and a fantastic eating area. Towels for the hot tub are provided and very enjoyable. Restaurant at the bottom of the road was a treat lovely food. Would recommend. Couldnt fault it could have stayed longer. Thank you
Great long weekend at Broad Bay Lodge. We were 7 couples, and there was ample space for us all. All bedrooms are ensuite which is ideal. Very clean and well equipped. The dining table was amazing, we all sat around comfortably every night. In fact it was ideal, we didnt even use the lounge! Ample parking for our 7 cars, hot tub and bbq in the garden. Maybe could do with a bit more outdoor furniture, as there are only 4 chairs! Had an issue with heating, but contacted James and he was very quick to reply and help us sort. My only negative feedback is that this is the only Sykes property that we have stayed in that didnt have a welcome pack for us when we arrived. Id definitely recommend for any familylarge party. I would love to return.

Just had a wonderful stay at Broad Bay Lodge for the first week for Easter holidays. We're a large family with 8 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each room having it's on ensuite was absolutely ideal! There was some issues with electricsspotlights in the kitchen in the start of our stay however we raised this with the owner and the electrician was round within 15 mins and he got the to the bottom of the problem and got it all fixed and we never had any further issues the remainder of the week so that was really appreciated! The house has so much space for everyone to enjoy meals together, and the living spaces and games room are well furnished and really comfortable. We had a wonderful week having all our family together in one space.
Amazing place. This is our second visit to abroad Bay Lodge and it was as good as the first time. The house is a home from home. Very clean and well equipped. The is plenty of space for a large family gathering. Its has a homely feel with a feeling of luxury. Great location to local amenities. Our party consisted of age rang from 6 to 83 and everyone had the best time. We are hoping to return again next year. Great communication with the owner, nothing is too much trouble.

Nice large spacious property that comfortably accommodated 4 generations of the family, with the hot tub being the added bonus. Although the property is well equipped there was no where to store food other than the fridges, but there as plenty of fridge space. Slight issues that should be addressed are the broken upper tray in one of the 2 dish washers, the kitchen spot lights constantly turning themselves off maybe on a timer..? and the wardrobe sensor light in the back bedroom switching on and off throughout the night. Ideal location for access to Bridlington sea front and town centre....
Great, fabulous property. Close to Bridlington centre. Just disappointed that we had to provide some basics such as extra toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin liners and wood for stove. Paying such high end price for this house, we did not expect to provide basic provisions. Few issues with the fuse blowing due to faulty sockets, a broken shower and temperamental heating. We have stayed in many rentals but never paid so much money, so expected attention to detail, sadly this was not the case. These issues aside, the house was spectacular, would have been PERFECT if the basics were provided.
We loved our stay here as a a multigenerational family of 15 people. The house was fabulous, well kitted out, spacious and clean. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend to any groups or families looking for a large house to stay. The hallway and landing was huge and the games room and garden with hot tub was ideal for the big kids. Just a 5 min walk to the beach too and shops.
Nicola
Fantastic house to celebrate a birthday with the whole family, great facilities and location. just perfect
Lovely house extremely comfortable there were 15 of us and we had plenty of room. Very close to everything and a dining table to die for. Two dishwashers were a life saver

We have just got back from a week stopping at Broad Bay Lodge. This property is absolutely stunning, fabulously decorated and furnishing are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Broad Bay Lodge. Brilliantly clean, great bedrooms and ensuites. Lovely little garden at the back with hot tub. Hot tub is under a wooden gazebo which you can alter the roof slates from shade to ley sun in if you liked. Plenty of off road car parking we had 6 cars There was 14 of us 10 adults and 4 children theres was enough space in the living areas that we were never under each others feet. We Kitchen and dining room is stunning and very well equipped. Two dishwashers was an absolutely lifesaver. The dining table is beautiful and great to all be able to all sit together at meal times. Highly recommend Broad Bay Lodge. Would love to come back over day. Thank you Broad Bay Lodge keep doing what your doing as it is amazing.
Wonderful property, great location, perfect for families or couples. Loved it.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in this well equipped property. It was very clean and situated very close to the beach, pub and supermarket. The outside facilities i.e. car parking, hot tub, barbecue, astro turf with football net were brilliant. All rooms were very comfortable and had been well thought out. We hope to return again.
Broad Bay Lodge is an amazing property, plenty of space, we all had a fab weekend. I would definitely recommend

Property was PERFECT to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday thank you so much!
Fabulous property. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family gettogether of 14. Hot tub was a bonus and well used by the family. Having the 2 dishwashers was really helpful for so many people and there was plenty of crockery and glasses. Location was perfect as only a few minutes walk to the North Beach and a small Tesco Express. Various takeaway outlets just round the corner. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in returning.
Great stay! Had an everything we could wish for for our large family group! Brilliantly finished!
Perfect home from home. The ages of party ranged from 7 82. The house is perfect for all. Immaculate clean, well equipped kitchen, bed linen beautiful, soft and clean. Beds comfy. All towels provided including separate ones for the hot tub. Hot tub was hot and ready to go on arrival. It is close to all amenities, shop, bakery, pub all in 5 min walk and 12min walk to train station. Games room is great, lounges comfy. Lots of space, you all feel together but never under each others feet. Great communication with the owner. Perfect place to spend time with the family and to explore North Yorkshire. Already booked for next year.
Gillian
Very pleased with the property, actually better than the photographs. Issue with kitchen radiators requires resolving. Curious about the gates into the garden, two have bolts but access is possible via the side of the property as during our stay people came to the rear doors to ask about the property.
Amelia
Beautiful property, in pristine condition and super clean. Had everything you need for your stay. Loved that everybody had their own en suite. Spacious property to host large number of people.
We were three households of 13 adults looking to come and spend Christmas together, and this place made it. The communal areas are perfectthe kitchen dining room is brilliant and there was everything you needed to cook a big Christmas Day meal for all. The table is a real highlight, everyone having space and able to engage with everyone else. The bedrooms are hotel quality as well no compromise there. Nothing ever felt over crowded. Always a nice space to disappear to if 13 noisy adults become too much! Perfect place for a family and friends get together. Highly recommended.
Steven
This is a beautiful property in the heart of the town and just 10 minutes from the sea front. However, it is also remarkably quiet. The house has ample parking airy, spacious rooms bags of features games room, smart TVs, jacuzzi plentiful bathrooms and a wealth of other features. The whole place is perfectly equipped and we couldn't have wished for a better location for our long weekend away. Would recommend highly.
The house was fabulous, well decorated, clean and had everything that you needed to have a great weekend. During our stay we couldnt use one of the bathrooms as the toilet sink was blocked. Reported to owner sat morning. Not fixed during our stay however appreciate it maybe difficult to get a plumber at short notice Would definitely recommend
Eileen
Just returned from a fabulous week's family holiday here. The house is fantastic and is in a good location for the beach and town centre. Lots to do in the house to keep everyone happy. Think more outdoor seating would be good and the hot tub would benefit from a mid week maintenance to ensure chemical levels are correct as experienced on other holidays with hot tubs. All in all we had a great time and would recommend.
We stayed at the beautiful Broadbay Lodge for a weekend. The house was more than ample for nine adults and four children and exceptionally well decorated. It is very well priced for the size of the house and number of rooms. The amenities catered for all members of the family. There is a spacious back garden for children to play in, a hot tub, and a very nice games room. The house was very clean and tidy and newly renovated it looks even better than the pictures! James was an exceptionally accommodating host. He made sure to welcome us to the house, was easily accessible via phone call and made provisions for us for a late checkout at the last minute. The offstreet parking was very convenient as was the location of the house. The beach was only a short walk away and there were plenty of shops around which makes it very child friendly. We cannot recommend the house enough and would come back ourselves too!
