Caroline
Property exactly as described. It was very central, car parking for 4 cars was great. All bedrooms were good, with comfy beds. The hot tub was fab with easy operating instructions. Having a garden and table tennis outside added to the facilities. Our stay was perfect for a 3 generation family holiday.
Lovely large property and great location, close to the town and a short drive away to lovely sandy beaches and cliff walks. The open plan kitchen with very long dining table was great for our large party and the toy cupboard was appreciated by our youngest. The owners contacted us very quickly when they knew one of the showers was not working and offered to get it fixed during our stay. Weve fed back some small cleaning issues to the owner but wed definitely recommend staying in this property.

We had a lovely stay here with a big family group of young children and adults. The openplan kitchen and dining room were absolutely perfect, the kitchen itself is very stylish and modern with everything you could need. We especially loved the enclosed garden with trampoline, perfect for young children and the hot tub. Our only criticism was the lack of clothes hanging space and mirrors in the bedrooms, it made getting ready in the mornings a bit of a challenge, plus there's only a tiny toilet on the top floor, no bathroom. Location was perfect, we'll definitely stay here again.
Rachel
Lovely, homely property with everything you need. It accommodated our family of 14 very well.
Andrew
Excellent property, within walking distance to town centre and beach. Owners very helpful when required .

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at this great house. Ideal for a family get together. Great facilities & very spacious rooms with 3 ensuites. Everything was spotless & the kitchen was really well equipped with loads of pots & cutlery. Loved the hot tub & the kids enjoyed the trampoline. The owners kept in touch via txt which was really helpful. If I was to put a minus in think a couple more occasional tables in the living room would be perfect!! Great position for walking into town & the harbour, can recommend busy bees for fish & chips & the micro pub round the corner for great beer! We will certainly be back to stay at Wellington house!

This is a lovely warm house situated in the heart of Bridlington . The owner bent over backwards to make our holiday work after our original booking was cancelled by Sykes an hour before we were due to arrive. We found every thing we needed in the kitchen and the ladies loved the hot tub which was very clean and well maintained. The house is very near a good shopping street which provided everything we ran out of or needed.
Wellington House is large lovely property its a great place for large family groups. The kitchen is great huge indoor and outdoor dining tables and great facilities for kids and adults.
