Harpham Manor House Reviews

A stunning property that had been renovated to a very high standard. Close to the coast with easy access to Bridlington and Filey. The only thing I would improve is the appliance instruction booklet which needed to be more detailed.

We had a great stay at Manor Farm. It was a great base for celebrating a birthday and exploring the coast. The 6 children were all entertained with the outdoor space as well as the games room. Craig was quick to sort problems.
Serena
Excellent property for a mixed group of adults and children. The rooms are spacious, the indoor layout offers plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor space complete with a lovely garden and hot tub was a real highlight. Its location just moments from the beach made everything even better. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.
The stay was lovely and the house was stunning and immaculate. The only thing was the hob didnt work and the downstairs toilet blocked easily. Overall the stay was pleasant but these things let it down slightly.

The property is beautiful and spacious. There was a problem with the central heating and we were at times very cold. The downstairs toilet was not working properly. One en suite has no shaving mirror. There are other minor small equipment lacks. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, likewise all the t.v.,s. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay as a family over Christmas! Harpham Manor is beautiful and Craig the owner is very personable and helpful! The place was very well kept and in a lovely location with a great local pub. I would really recommend for a big family break. One suggestion for people staying in the future is that if you are cooking for lots of people I would take some additional cooking pots and pans with you but other than that Harpham Manor has everything that you need!

A group of ten friends and I spent a December weekend at Harpham Manor and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of amenities, incredibly comfortable beds, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Colin, the owner, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Well definitely be returning!
A great location for exploring East Yorkshire. The Manor House is a lovely building. It has a variety of spacious rooms that would, however, benefit from some homely touches such as lamps in the downstairs rooms, chairs and drawers or shelves in the bedrooms. We were surprised not to have a, now almost expected, small Welcome Pack, a bottle of milk would have been appreciated on arrival! In spite of these niggles all three generations had a very enjoyable holiday.

Had a wonderfull long weekend for my Mums 80th Birthday celebrations.
Really lovely house in a beautiful tranquil village. Will be returning
We had wonderful stay at Harpham Manor House celebrating a 60th birthday. The owner Chris is very accommodating and the house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned. The games room and hot tub are a real bonus and ideal for a mixed age group. The village is very peaceful and has a cosy, welcoming pub. I would certainly recommend Manor House. We'll be back!!
This property was ideal for our family of 9 adults, grandchildren aged 2 to 12 2 dogs. We had everything we needed. I am the mother & grandmother & we all got together to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was amazing ! Loads of room, clean & we all loved the hot tub, especially the grandchildren a great games room. Situated in a lovely quiet little village. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for having us.

The property is beautiful and exactly as the pictures. We arrived to a spotless property and all the amenities we needed. Perfect for celebrating an 80th birthday with a mixture of ages. The village is lovely also and the local pub which was recommended by the owner.

Harpham is a beautiful manor and very well presented all through the property, the owner is brilliant and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. All 12 of us commented on how comfortable the beds were and how beautiful the house is and comes with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We would absolutely plan to stay again.
We had a fabulous family weekend here in June for my 65th birthday. It was spacious, comfortable and every room in the house was beautifully decorated and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
Matthew
The house was very nice, more than enough room for the 12 people in our group, it had all the kitchen equipment that we needed and more, just like home from home, the kitchen is large enough for everyone to congregate in and a garden room to relax or party on a night. Perfect place for a long weekend with the family
What a fantastic Easter stay at Manor House! Such a find! A beautifully renovated farm house perfectly located in a lovely small village. The house is finished to a very high standard and has been tastefully decorated. The carpets are super soft underfoot. All the rooms are a fantastic size. The bedrooms are extremely spacious with THE comfiest beds ever. The hot tub is great and is located next to the garden room decked out inside with outdoor furniture, feature fires and a large tv for relaxing after a Prosecco or two in the hot tub. The garden was perfect for the kids in our group. The kitchen is well equipped and where we spent a lot of our time together during our stay. Excellent location for a trip to the coast. We had a lovely trip to Filey 25 mins away and also to Beverley for a day at the Races also 25 mins away. The pub at the top of the road from the property St Quintin Arms is a lovely traditional pub with a great atmosphere and tasty food. There is parking space for at least 3 cars. I cant recommend this house highly enough. We had such a lovely family get together for my mums 70th birthday, made special by this property. Thank you. For Owners maybe a mirror in all bathrooms a small bedside table in bedroom overlooking front of property with ensuite a table under the mirror in family room for hairdryersstraighteners to ensure the carpet stays protected. List hairdryers provided too! a guide book for the house how to work grill, oven etc and information about binsrecycling which we couldnt find. A few takeout menus links for restaurants would be a lovely touch too with any recommendations.

What a delightful weekend we have had at Manor House, perfectly located in a lovely sleepy village with friendly traditional pub within walking distance. The owner has thought of everything and the house is finished to a high standard. Comfortable, stylish but cosy. The bedrooms are spacious with the most incredibly comfortable beds! Having the hot tub was a real treat and made the weekend special. Enclosed garden was perfect for our two dogs and lively grandsons running around. The kitchen is well equipped and was the hub of the house for us! Cooking was fun and easy with brilliant extras like air fryer and coffee maker. Excellent location to get to the coast. We had a lovely trip to Bridlington which only took 1520 minutes. Good parking space for at least 3 cars. Overall I cant recommend this house highly enough. We had such a lovely family get together with plenty of space for my grandchildren, room for us to cater, play games and generally chill over the weekend.
