The Falls

With on-site parking and a layout suited to families or groups of friends, this single-storey lodge offers a practical base for exploring the countryside.

Step inside, and the open-plan living space draws you in with its warm tones and natural flow. The kitchen sits ready for action, equipped with everything from a gas hob and oven to a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty evening meal.

The dining area, with seating for all, becomes the hub for shared meals, board games, and planning the next day’s adventures. The sitting area invites you to settle in with a film on the Smart TV or a good book in hand.

The seating is arranged to encourage conversation and connection, whether you’re winding down after a walk or simply enjoying the quiet. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, offer a calm space to retreat to, each served by its own shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
