The living area has a wood-burning stove with initial fuel included. The bedroom has a zip-and-link bed twin singles or a super king.

The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Jedburgh Abbey (5 miles / 10 mins), Floors Castle near Kelso (12 miles / 20 mins), Melrose Abbey (18 miles / 28 mins) and Hawick (10 miles / 18 mins) are all close by.
