Electricity comes from a wind turbine and water from a natural spring this is genuinely off-grid living without sacrificing comfort.

The setting is peaceful and rural. Walks start directly from the door taking in viewpoints towards the Ochil Hills and Lomond Hills of Fife.

Perth is 10 miles away. Edinburgh and Stirling are both around 25 miles.
