7 Valley View Reviews

Amanda
7 Valley View was everything we hoped it would be and a whole lot more. The cleanliness and extremely well laid out accommodation made our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. The site is extremely well maintained and dog friendly including the lovely onsite restaurant. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return in the future.

We had a great time here! The lodge is well equipped and so comfortable it feels like a home away from home. I contacted the charteroaks a week before we arrived to ask if there was any chance they could push the 2 twin beds together to make a double which they did no problem. Called them one morning to ask if someone could come and turn the temperature up on the hot tub, this was done within an hour. We also requested some extra coasters for the coffee tables which arrived in just a few hours as well. They really couldnt do enough for you! We will definitely be returning. Just a couple of items the lodge could benefit from. Surface spray for the kitchen just to maintain the cleanliness, even if its a small bottle similar to the washing up liquid provided. Some bin bags for the main bins would be appreciated and also an ice cream scoop for your beautiful Cornish ice cream even if these things dont get supplied it would be handy to let clients know to bring toilet roll, bin bags and surface cleaner as these arent supplied. It didnt change the way we felt about the lodge it was a super stay and we will definitely be returning!
Amazing place so quiet with all the wildlife around us, clean & tidy & perfect for exploring surrounding area. Tea & coffee & pint of milk was a nice touch as we travelled 6 hours from Essex, Hot tub was amazing & checked daily. The only shame was the on site restaurant was shut on Sunday & Monday but it seems the norm in Cornwall? And also we found the sofas a bit tired but all in all a nice place to chill & relax

The property was really nice and clean and all round a great place, also very central to things locally to do with our dog and older kids. onsite restaurant was ok abit pricey and not much choice on the menu at all. was let down on the last day as went to use the hot tub and it was full of algae.
Very comfortable and well maintained lodge. One of the best weve stayed in at Stonerush. It would have been 5 all round had the kitchen been a bit better equipped. A whisk, some baking trays, food containers, butter dish. Other than that, a great stay. The outdoor furniture was above average too and we appreciated the electric car charging point.
A very quiet, relaxed stay as always. Clean, well equipped and excellent communication. Our fifth visit to Stone Rush and were likely to return. Thank you again!

We had a lovely 5 days here. After a long day walking it was great to come back to relaxing in the jacuzzi. We thought the position of lodge was great , open and away from the trees with the nice views. Lodge could do with plastic plates and glasses to eat outside as we were very careful not to break any, frying pan had seen better days. Overall throughly enjoyed our stay. Sykes were great asking if everything was OK and kept us well informed .
Lovely place, great condition and relaxed environment. Enjoyed by all.
7 valley view is a lovely comfortable lodge in great location, immediately felt at home. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, and good selection of plates, cutlery, saucepans etc. Lodge was very clean and well maintained. The location of the lodge surrounded by hedging and small trees gave a feeling of being immersed in nature, waking up listening to the birds every morning. We hadn't visited Stonerush for a few years as it had declined and lodges were very tired, but new management have completely turned it around. Customer service team helpful and friendly, and quickly responded to my enquiry regarding if decking area had a gate it does. Thank you also to Darren from Sykes who helped me with more info on lodge than was on listing. Great lodge and location, will definitely be back.

Tracey, Sally & the team were brilliant from start to finish, super attentive and adding the little touches to what was my husband's suprise birthday get away made all the difference. The lodge itself was immaculate and just stunning. We are planning to book again we loved it so much!
