The beautiful Breeze Cottage is situated within walking distance of the idyllic Meanporth Cove and Swanpool Beach. Based at the Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, which houses an array of shared facilities such as tennis courts, a gym, Jacuzzi, children’s outdoor play area and an indoor splash pool, just a short walk from the front door.

Positioned on the south side of the Village, alongside the stream that winds its way towards the cove, this holiday home has a modern and stylish interior with open plan living. The spacious sitting area boasts a plush corner sofa to snuggle up and watch your favourite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the local area.

Through the French doors, outside a private sheltered patio awaits you, with a picnic bench and two comfortable garden chairs, where parents can relax whilst their children play on the communal lawn. Venture into the sleek kitchen adorned with quartz work tops, a range of high-quality kitchen appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as top quality kitchen knives and Cornish Blue crockery; you’re sure to find everything you need for dinner parties, brunches, evening meals and alfresco dining!

Weve just got back from our 7 night stay at Breeze Cottage, the most perfect cottage, immaculate, welcoming, spacious, the attention to detail, having fresh scones, jam, cream and milk on arrival was very unexpected and much appreciated. The beds were comfy, as mentioned everything was spotless, it was like home from home, the WiFi was great too which is always a bonus. The site itself is lovely, nice food and drink in the bar, pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Its a very quiet peaceful place, despite it being may half term. Lovely cottage very clean the scones we're very much appreciated. Very peaceful unfortunately pick the wrong week wet and cold but enjoyed it. The clubhouse could have a different menu. But we would still come back.

Amazing property in a scenic location! The owners are approachable and friendly and happy to help with any issuesqueries quickly. The property is faultless and is the cleanest holiday let I have ever stayed in everything you could need is provided and has clearly been thought through. 3rd time staying at Breeze cottage, 1st time staying with the change of new owners, absolutely spot on, cant fault. Abit of renovation since we last stayed but on point to keep with the times. Lovely little cottage would recommend, 4 of us2 adults 2 young children stayed comfortably. Will return again in near future.

Highly recommend this cottage, I believe the owners have achieved their ethos of providing high standard quality holiday accommodation at a reasonable price. The cottage was exceptionally clean, well maintained with quality internal fixture and fittings. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. The scones with jam and clotted cream were very welcome on arrival, thank you.

It was a lovely cottage in a holiday village with onsite facilities. Great location for visiting local attractions. The owners have thought of everything you would need in a holiday home to make it feel like home. They also listed places to visit and eat out in the local area which helped us.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Breeze Cottage. The location was perfect peaceful and tucked away in nature, yet just a short drive to beaches, coastal walks, and charming villages. The cottage was spotless, spacious, and full of character, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing two week stay. The kids loved the garden and communal outdoor space they made some great friends to hang out with. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games, books, and a welcome basket with jam and scones. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook family meals, and the cozy living room was perfect for evenings together after a day of exploring. The facilities at Pendra Loweth were great the gym is perfect for anyone wanting to keep up their fitness game and we really loved Taco Tuesday at Joy Fuel. The hosts were friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for things to do in the area. We especially enjoyed exploring the local areas Swanpool, Falmouth and few more beyond. We made so many special memories here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and funfilled stay in Cornwall!

This really is a 5 star property! The owners have made a lot of effort to provide a lovely environment. Very clean. High quality furniture and furnishings and very comfortable great beds. We would love to return and prefer properties like this one that do not accept dogs. We loved the area and there is loads to more explore. Pendra Loweth is a lovely well maintained site with beautiful shrubs, especially the hydrangeas! One particular aspect would have enhanced our arrival. The directions were very misleading. Once on the Pendra Loweth site we could not find the car park space or the cottage and had to go to reception to take a photo of the site map. A site map sent in advance direct from the owner would have been really useful and meant we would have arrived in a more relaxed manner. Parking is not immediately next to the cottage, so take your suitcases with wheels.

Sorry but the only problem was our mobile phones but all was very good and comfortable Thank you very much x.

We loved this property. So clean and homely. The decor was so inviting and the bed and sofa very comfy. Everything was charming and they even had real plants which is such a rarity in holiday homes. It was very quiet and the WiFi lightning fast. 5 stars.

We had a fantastic time while staying at Breeze Cottage. We both agreed that is is the best holiday cottage we've ever stayed at, and it's location on Pendra Loweth was one of the best with the adjacent bridge and stream and a cosy outdoor patio. The cottage itself has been refurbished to an extremely high standard and has every possible convenience you can think of. We loved it, it seemed like a home from home and would happily live there if we could. We would recommend this property extremely highly.

We would move into Breeze Cottage tomorrow! Perfect in every way. While we aren't usually given to leaving reviews but read them all before making that important decision of where to stay, the owners of Breeze Cottage deserve a well done. Yes, the Cottage was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated but more than that, the attention to detail was amazing. It lacked nothing. The fresh flowers and scones with jam and cream of course were welcome touches but the comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and the feeling of a home from home have earned a five star review from us. We will be back!

We couldnt recommend Breeze Cottage more highly! We stayed at Breeze Cottage for a week in June and had an absolutely fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage is perfectly located, just a short stroll from Glynn Beach and within easy reach of Falmouth, making it ideal for exploring the area. Inside, the cottage had everything we needed and more. The beds and sofa were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The outdoor patio was a real highlight too the rattan furniture made it a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The cottage was spotless throughout not a single thing out of place, and everything was clearly cared for to a very high standard. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats fresh scones with clotted cream, jam, and milk waiting for us on arrival such a lovely touch! We would definitely return and have already started recommending Breeze Cottage to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Returning guest to Pendra Loweth site, having stayed well over 30 times in the last 20 years. This was our 23rd yes 23rd stay in Breeze Cottage but the first under the new owners. Simon and Jacqui continue to provide the usual high standards of comfortable accommodation cleanliness etc. which we have become accustomed to over the years. Breeze continues to be highly recommended. We hope to be able to return to Breeze one day but regret that this will now be impossible for us in the immediate future as Breeze is moving to a Friday changeover day from 2025 which excludes us at this stage due to our working pattern work commitments.

Really nice cottage on a good location.

We stayed 5 nights at Breeze Cottage, and will definitely be staying again the future. The property was absolutely faultless, very clean, very well appointed, and great location to explore Falmouth and beyond would recommend without hesitation. On top of this, it was great that the property doesnt permit pets, as too many properties these days just assume everyone is ok staying in a property that allows them. Very good accommodation. Pendra Loweth is ideally located for local beaches and less than 10 minute drive into Falmouth.

We loved staying at Breeze Cottage. The amenities and location where both great. The house was a good size for us as a couple with a dog. It's unfortunate that their policy is changing and dogs aren't allowed, because we wouldn't have hesitated to book again.

This was our third year in a row at Breeze Cottage a lovely cottage just a short drive from Falmouth. Unfortunately we could only score it nine out of ten knocking one point off because of the policy change meaning we could no longer bring our dog on holiday which is very important to us. So will just have to look for somewhere else for next year.

A fabulous property with everything we needed. The cottage is spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the facilities very good. Great base for exploring. Falmouth & Truro are nearby & lots to do locally. The owners were helpful when I contacted them. A wonderful location & cottage!
