About Barwick

A main house and a separate two-bedroom apartment make it well suited to families and groups of friends planning a fun-filled coastal holiday.

The beach below is a sweep of sand framed by headlands, with cafes and a surf school in the village. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftops here, leading to Watergate Bay (2.5 miles), where wide sands stretch beneath sea cliffs.

In the other direction, Bedruthan Steps (3 miles) is famous for the dramatic sea stacks rising from the shore with long views along the coast. A historic Iron Age site sits on the headland at Mawgan Porth, one of several ancient remains scattered along this stretch of the coast.

The ground floor opens into a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, with sofas arranged around a Smart TV and a dining table seating eight. A separate sitting room on the same floor centres around a wood burner flanked by two large sofas.

Next door, the media room has a three-seater sofa and a Smart TV, while an office alongside provides a desk and an additional sofa bed. A games room in the garage features a pool table, table tennis, and table football.

On the first floor, a sitting room with two lounge chairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV looks out across the sea. The first bedroom has a super-king-size bed and countryside views, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a spa bath, walk-in shower, and WC.

The second bedroom contains a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles on request. The third bedroom also has a flexible king-size zip-and-link bed and its own dressing room.
