5-Bedroom Hot Tub Cottage in Little Petherick Reviews

Diane
The house was superb, just right for our family of 11 + baby - beautiful location, well equipped, beds so comfortable and everything we could wish for
Kate
Really enjoyed our stay, great location and fabulous house. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
Sharon
We had a lovely week at St Mary's The house was very spacious and there was a lot to keep our youngest adults entertained. We enjoyed the smaller snug / cinema room and the wooden hot tub was used every day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 10. The only disappointment was that the river wasn't high enough for us to paddle board / kayak on, not enough rain or tides weren't high enough, a bit more research if that is your main activity to do. However there are plenty of great beaches nearby to keep you entertained. The location of the house is lovely, its right on "the saints way" public foot path which stretches from Padstow in land ending at Fowey 28miles away. There is plenty of parking at the property along with a car park just down the lane in the village hall, £1 a day in a honest box. We BBQ'd played games and had just the most wonderful time as a family all together.

St Mary's is a truly unique property set in a stunning location and is perfect for a large family gathering. It was wonderful to sit outside with amazing views over the river and enjoy the peace and calm. And yet Padstow is only a short distance away (2 miles walk along the Saints Way which crosses below the drive) with all its bustle and life and then there are plenty of surfing beaches to choose from only a few minutes drive away. Our dog loved the coastal walks and running on the dog friendly beaches. Harlyn was a great favourite with our family. The house is spacious and comfortable (great beds!) and felt very homely. We have many very happy memories from our stay!
Vivienne
Absolutely beautiful property, stunning views and lots of room inside. The bedrooms were lovely! I would say be cautious of taking dogs as the grounds are not secure. We kept our small dog on a lead when we sat outside due to being high up. Also lots of steps, not ideal for anyone who has any mobility issues - great to keep fit. There is a secured dog paddock just up the road, Padstow Pooch Paddock, ideal for the dogs to let off steam - £5 for 25mins . Harlyn Bay approx 4miles from property is dog friendly beach and gorgeous! The property is roomy with plenty of spaces for everyone to relax, the kitchen is lovely with high end equipment . We had a fantastic week staying here and the warm weather made it perfect .
Tracey

Donna

Matt
