With spectacular sea views over Porthtowan Beach and the ocean beyond, this newly built, high-end property is a wonderful spot for a holiday. The cliff-top home is designed for luxury coastal living and sleeps eight guests across its four bedrooms, with room for two extra guests on a sofa bed, making it ideal for larger groups of family or friends.

From the front terrace, a private footpath connects to the South West Coast Path and the golden beach below, so you can do plenty without the car. Porthtowan has a laid-back atmosphere, with the nearest restaurant, pub, and shop within 350 metres, along with a sandy bay framed by dramatic cliffs on both sides.

A little further away, St Agnes (4 miles) is in reach along the path or by car and has a varied selection of places to eat and drink. To reach the house, you will climb an external staircase.

Inside, a sweeping cast-iron staircase leads to the spectacular first-floor living space, where huge windows show off the coastal vistas and vaulted ceilings create an airy feel. It is all open plan, with a lounge containing a corner sofa and Smart TV, a large dining area for everyone, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

A separate snug contains a sofa bed and a second Smart TV, while a shower room with WC completes this level. Wind back down the spiral staircase to reach the four bedrooms on the ground floor.

One has a super-king-size bed, one has a king-size bed, while the other two have zip-and-link beds that can be prepared as twins or super-king-size beds on request. Two of the front bedrooms have balcony access, while the third front bedroom has a Juliette balcony.

The rear bedroom has no balcony access. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with rainfall showers, attachments, and WCs.
