This beautifully furnished family friendly cottage is located right in the heart of this charming and historic fishing village of Polruan. Within 200 yards of the quay with a welcoming pub, a quaint cafe, the village shop and post office on the quay itself.

Take the passenger ferry across to Fowey with further independent shops, places to eat and art galleries. Head a little further afield and visit the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, or Cardinham Woods with its waymarked trails and miles of tracks and paths weaving through 650-acres of scenic woodland.

The South West Coast Path is right on your door step which offers plenty of opportunity to discover the spectacular scenery and some of England's finest beaches. For those looking for a bit more adventure - visit Adrenalin Quarry, KartWorld or The Barn Indoor Climbing wall.

Enter this charming 3-storey property into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer.

The dining area comfortably seats four for a lovely family meal or a few board games on a rainy day. The lounge area has a large L shaped sofa, a wood burner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, CD player and i-Pod dock.

Heading up to the first floor there is a double bedroom which overlooks Fore Street which runs down to the quay. Also on this floor you will find the bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.

The cottage is steps away from the quay and beach, due to the prime location there is no outside space for this property.
