The open plan living room with wood burning stove and contemporary kitchen at one end leads via one step up to a separate dining area, all exuding comfort with tasteful furnishings. One step up to the double bedroom which oozes style and the bathroom offers both bath and shower cubicle.

The lush lawned garden with patio and grounds with pond and stream make sunshine spots for a picnic or barbecue. Stithians has a small Post Office/store for your supplies.

When you wish to explore there are many country walks, one of which will take you to Stithians Lake, popular for watersports, angling and birdwatching, where you can enjoy tea/coffee and delicious cakes at The Wild Vibes Cafe or The Seven Stars pub in Stithians, serving good pub food and local beer, just a short drive or 20 minute walk from the property. Set 7 miles of the bustling maritime resort of Falmouth, nearby beaches, and the tranquil creeks and inlets of Restronguet and Mylor, with easy access to golf courses, tropical gardens and the coast to coast cycle trail, there is much to see and do .Pond Cottage is ideally situated for exploring the best of west Cornwall.
