It hosts several annual events, including Pixie Day, carnival processions, and most famously, the flaming tar barrels in November. The seaside resorts of Branscombe, Beer and Lyme Regis are within easy reach and the regency seaside town of Sidmouth is a mere 6 miles away.

It offers a beach with dog friendly sections, access to the World Heritage, South West Coastal Path, esplanade, water sports and Connaught Gardens. It also hosts the popular Sidmouth Folk Festival in August.

The Cathedral City of Exeter is approximately 20mins away by car where you can explore the stunning cathedral, enjoy some retail therapy, a meal out or spend a couple of hours relaxing at the Quayside with its host of restaurants, curiosity shops and kayaking opportunities This delightful property is cosy and compact but has everything you’ll need to enjoy your holiday.
