As you walk into the entrance, stunning coastal views from the living area draw you into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. This social lounge with spectacular views has comfortable seating, and a door leads out to the terrace.

The modern, well equipped kitchen has a window that looks out to sea, for hassle-free cooking with a view. Dining area has table and chairs to sit eight comfortably.

The property has four delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely King-size bed and en suite shower room with wc.

A second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom is a twin room. An additional bedroom has a single bed for those that like some ‘me time’.

The bathroom houses a thermostatic shower and bath for soaking tired limbs after walking the South West Coast Path. In the hallway there is a separate, handy cloakroom with a w.c.

To the outside of the property there is a terrace, sheltered by protective glass balustrading, so you can stay in the sun for longer on breezy days. Outside there is table and chairs, as well as a built-in barbecue.

Beyond the terrace, there is a large sloping lawn with flower beds.
