We had a wonderful stay beautiful house, if I could change anything it would be ... We had a wonderful stay beautiful house, if I could change anything it would be some of the garden furniture to something more comfortable
Property was spotless and tastefully decorated. All facilities were great. Hot tub took longer than expected to warm but was a great option to have on site. Would happily book to return.
Lovely property
Could do with a little time spent on maintenance. Tap in downstairs bathroom was hanging off, I tightened this up. Bedroom Drawer knobs where very loose, I tightened these up. Shower in downstairs bathroom not very powerful. Wifi a bit hit and miss Could do with a few more toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets, there were only 2 tablets to last 7 days, this was already mentioned in the guest book by other guests. There was no kitchen roll, this would be very handy to mop up spills etc. Apart from the noisy road and those few minor niggles, this is a wonderful place to stay.
Beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. The layout allowed lots of flexibility for our multigenerational party and was very comfortable. It is a home from home and there are lots of easy to reach activitiestrips to choose from or you can just just relax in the garden. Highly recommended.

Our family group of 8 ranged from a 96 to 21 years old. Somerset house was perfect for accomodating all of us in comfort. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly mother but a grab handle in the shower would have been appreciated. All bedrooms were good sized and very comfortable. The lounge was not really big enough for all of us at the same time so the conservatory was in constant use when we were all in the house. A TV here would have been nice. The hot tub was a massive hit and used most days. Although very well equipped we were surprised there was no welcome pack e.g. bread, milk, eggs. We did bring some provisions but with very full cars it would have been nice if there had been something provided. We loved the location and how close we were to Wells, Glastonbury and Minehead, even Weymouth was just over an hour away. Overall a lovely holiday and comfortable accommodation.

Somerset House was the perfect holiday home for our mixed age family group, while we attended a wedding locally. Karen was very helpful and obliging, easily available both before and during our stay. We thoroughly appreciated her swift response to a cooker problem and providing us with a takeaway to compensate. Wed stay again, thank you everyone!
We spent a great may half term week here. 7 adults and 2 children. Loads of space.... so you could have peace in one room shoild you need it and games in another! Hot tub was brilliant. And lovely dining area for us all to eat together. Owners are fab, and respind immediatly if you textcall. Would highly recommend staying here
We had the most amazing weekend and owners were always available if we needed them
Immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and warm. Would thoroughly recommend. Booked for a special birthday weekend, grandchildren loved the hot tub as did the adults. Would definitely return .
