Take a break in this stylish three-story house which offers beautiful harbour views over Ilfracombe as well as easy access to the beach, boat trips and more. Sleeping ten guests and two dogs, the property is great for family celebrations, particularly with its impressive dining areas both inside and out.

Entering through the hall, you’ll find plenty of space to put down your things before continuing through to the living room. Furnished with two sumptuous sofas and a calming colour scheme featuring hues of blue and green, this is a great place to relax, be it watching a film or reading a book by the window.

The open-plan kitchen is a stylish space with a handy kitchen island, prep sink and a dining room seating ten. Completing the ground floor is a convenient ground-floor WC.

Upstairs, the first bedroom, The Zigzags, is furnished with twin beds which can be made up as a king-size upon request, which benefits from an en-suite shower room. Verity is the second room, typically made up as a king-size but available as a twin upon request, also with an en-suite shower room and gorgeous views out of the bay window.

The first floor is also home to a cosy snug room which is great for older children, and a separate WC. Head up a second set of stairs to the third floor and find three more bedrooms, two of which are king-size bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and shower room respectively, as well as a final king-size room which has use of the family bathroom on this floor.

For al fresco dining, the railed terrace offers a wonderful place to gather with a gas BBQ and seating for all, whilst the decking at the rear of the property enjoys lovely views of the harbour. Ilfracombe is a fantastic place for a holiday, boasting a beach, a harbour offering sea safari boat trips, Damien Hirst’s ‘Verity’ and a great selection of eateries.
