With four bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to ten people. The highlight of this accommodation is the private hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool, offering a luxurious touch to your stay.

Inside, the spacious lounge provides ample seating, while a separate family room features a wall-mounted TV, music system, and table football. The large open-plan kitchen diner is equipped with a wood burner, American-style fridge freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring you have all the modern conveniences you need.

The stunning views of the bay and the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from the kitchen and other rooms.

The first floor houses four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed and full-height sliding doors leading to a private patio.

Another bedroom has a double bed with en-suite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted into super king beds, with one also featuring bunk beds.

A family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, WC, and basin completes the upper level.

Outside, French doors open to an upper decked area with a large wooden table, chairs, and a swing seat. Further steps lead to a second sun deck where you’ll find the hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool, all offering magnificent views of the bay.

Private parking is available for three cars, with additional reserved spaces on the road.

Nearby attractions include the two-mile stretch of Woolacombe Beach (0.1 miles), perfect for surfing and paddleboarding. The centre of Woolacombe is also just 200 metres away.
