We just got back from a week away and honestly, we couldn't find a single fault. From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed, like we were old friends. The cottage was spotless - so clean, it looked brand new, especially the oven! Mr and Mrs Cake and their family are lovely, super friendlyand full of great local tips. They were always happy to help with anything we asked. If you're thinking of booking, seriously, do it - it's worth it! We'll definitely be coming back. Absolutely loved our stay.

We loved the peaceful location, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle. The place was spotless and well-maintained, managed by lovely owners who made us feel really welcome. The utility room and extra loo were handy touches. The twin room was simple, with just hanging spaceand no dressing tables in any room, but everything was comfy enough to just relax. Honestly, it's a great spot to unwind. Would definitely recommend if you're after a quiet getaway!

We couldn't fault this beautiful cottage at all. The location is just idyllic, tucked away nicely, with an amazing hot tub in the meadow and gorgeous accommodation. Everything was so clean and the bedding was really comfy. We took our three boys to explore the beaches on the Jurassic coastand it was such a treat to come back to the cottage for evenings by the fire and a dip in the hot tub while stargazing together. Anthony and Gillian were brilliant hosts, giving us advice and chatting over morning coffee with the sheep and lambs. Would 100% recommend this cottage!
Oliver
Fabulous location, fabulous property. It's such a treat to be on a working farm with the livestock right there! Meeting the owners Anthony and Gill was wonderful, they made us feel really welcome. We will be back.
Emma
This place is amazing, beautifully designed and equipped for a wonderful stay! There were so many lovely touches that made our weekend extra special. The location is just picturesque. We had guests ranging from 15 to 60and I reckon everyone would enjoy a stay here. The wood-fired hot tub was easy to use and perfectly positioned among some trees that were lit beautifully at night, with 360-degree views. Super Insta-friendly! Fresh wild flowers in vases everywhere added such a special touch, really subtle and lovely. The hosts were wonderful.
