Little Ardwyn has a separate lounge and games/bar area. Upon entering Ardwyn, you’ll find a spacious open-plan layout where the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room flow seamlessly together.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, whilst the dining area comfortably seats 10/12 - perfect for hosting memorable gatherings. With ample off-road parking for six vehicles, an EV charging point, ground-floor accommodation, and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, it’s an ideal choice for families or groups of friends in search of a exceptional stay in luxury.

After meals, enjoy a friendly game of pool or unwind in the sitting area, complete with a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove for snug evenings during those winter months. Large feature windows with unique remote-controlled blinds bathe the space in natural light, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere.

A utility room with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer ensures all practicalities are taken care of this is on top of the kitchen appliances these are extras everything has been thought through.
