After parking in one of two handy spaces, head inside the dwelling to discover an open-plan living space that has been finished to a high standard, with neutral tones throughout, along with floor-to-ceiling windows filling the space with natural light. After a day packed with beachcombing or surfing, grab a seat on the spacious sofa and warm your toes in front of the electric fire; turn on the Smart TV and choose between a selection of channels from Sky Q.

The kitchen enjoys pretty tiling and wooden worktops, along with hosting ample appliances, including an integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer, where you can whip up a feast for all the family to enjoy. When dinner is served, enjoy it at the dining table as you crack open a bottle of wine and make a toast to this fabulous getaway.

Freshen up before bed in the family bathroom, with its p-shaped bath making for the perfect relaxation spot after a day packed with walking and cycling around the Ll?n Peninsula. Enjoy a well-deserved rest in one of three bedrooms, this one being a king-size enjoying its own TV and fitted storage, as well as access to a contemporary en-suite shower room; the other two bedrooms are ideal for the kids or extra guests and sport lovely colour schemes and ample storage for your things.

The decking is not only a great spot to dine alfresco in, with its dining seating and barbecues, but provides you with access to stairs that lead down to the stunning Warren Beach. After enjoying a morning of fun in the sun at the beach, venture back to the park to access one of its many facilities, from a spa to a soft play area; the park additionally hosts The Warren Sandbar, a bar/restaurant where you can enjoy dining as you watch the sunset over Abersoch Bay.
