Step inside to find a warm and thoughtfully arranged interior, where the electric fire adds a pleasant glow to evenings spent unwinding. The kitchen offers everything needed for easy mealtimes, from a gas oven and hob to ample preparation space, allowing guests to cook together after days discovering the area.

The dining table presents a relaxed setting for shared meals, while the sitting area invites you to settle with a film on the Smart TV. Two well-presented bedrooms offer welcoming spaces to retreat to.

The double bedroom enjoys its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, adding convenience for guests, while the family room with a double and single bed ensures flexibility for different group arrangements. A separate bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC completes the interior layout.

Outside, the decking becomes a natural gathering space, ideal for morning coffee, dining in the fresh air, or sinking into the hot tub as evening falls, the perfect place to unwind whilst listening to the majestic river next to you. Venture out to explore the natural beauty of Ffynone Waterfall and immerse yourself in the local culture and history at The National Coracle Centre at Cenarth Falls, then visit The Nags Head in Abercych for a traditional pub lunch With countryside surroundings and the village of Cenarth close by, guests can enjoy a blend of relaxation and exploration.

The local area promises memorable days out, includes exploring the market town of Newcastle Emlyn with its castle remains and independent shops. Cardigan offers riverside walks, galleries, and a vibrant high street, while the sandy shores of Poppit Sands make a lovely coastal outing.

This beautifully restored, Grade II-listed retreat in the quaint hamlet of Newchapel, surrounded by the Cilwendeg Estate, is the perfect base for couples and families to explore the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside. There’s a plethora of stunning walks from your doorstep, with footpaths around the Cilwendeg Estate leading out to wonderful Newchapel, which is steeped in history and boasts a lovely local pub.

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
National Botanic Garden of Wales - SA32 8HN

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
Folly Farm - SA68 0XA

Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire is an award winning Farm attraction, offering fun for the whole family come rain or shine. The main attractions are the Zoo, Farm and Petting Barn and there is also a huge Adventure Play Area and a small funfair with traditional rides. Priced at just £8.00 for adults and £7.00 for children it offers excellent value for money. There are several places to eat and drink including a licensed bar and a family friendly restaurant.
Dinefwr Park and Castle - SA19 6RT

Dinefwr Park and Castle is the perfect place to come if you like the great outdoors. These stunning ruins are one of the areas most iconic landmarks and are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife of all descriptions. There is also a 17th century mansion to explore with grand rooms and wonderful exhibits of paintings and tapestries. The gardens feature amazing floral displays and there is also a delightful Tea Room. Children can let of steam on the adventure playground.

The Dinosaur Park is located in Tenby and makes the perfect family day out.  Activities on offer include fossil hunting, Dino Crafts, Pat a Pet and the treasure hunt.  For both toddlers and older kids there's an indoor adventure playground, ideal when the weather is not on your side.  The high-tec activity centre is always popular with interactive fun and education.  New in 2010 is Hooplasaurus.  Check out their website for the latest admission prices and what's on when you plan to visit.

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.
