Utilise the open-plan living space by preparing and cooking your meals as a family, lounging on the sofas for a movie marathon, and toasting a wonderful holiday around the dining table. After a long day of adventures, kick off your muddy boots and pop those mucky clothes into the washing machine provided in the utility area, or perhaps jump into a warm bath or refreshing shower to relax and unwind.

As the night grows darker, head upstairs to the three plush bedrooms, to catch your night's rest, whilst the two bathrooms provide plenty of space to get ready for another fun-filled day. Step outside onto the enclosed veranda, where you can enjoy a meal al fresco or simply soak up the tranquillity of the surroundings.

If you donâ€™t fancy cooking, take a trip to The White Hart, Blacksmiths Arms, or The Crown Inn, all a short drive for some yummy food. Venture to Market Rasen, a historic town, where you can browse around the independent shops, enjoy the thrill of horse racing at Market Rasen Racecourse, or get some golfing practice at Market Rasen Golf Club.

The house was excellent very and comfortable beautiful views from the hot tub which was brilliant. The house was spotless and very comfortable,plenty of untensils,easy to find if you follow instructions so thanks to owner who even let us in early. Bill Morris.

We spent a week at Castle Top for a peaceful family retreat and couldnt have asked for a better stay. The property was spacious, immaculately maintained, and had a wonderfully homely feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were just right. One of our favourite features was the jacuzzi, which offered stunning views of the landscaped surroundingsand we were even treated to the occasional flyover from RAF jets, which added a unique touch to the experience. We enjoyed evening walks along the scenic Viking Way, and with the local town just a 10minute drive away, everything we needed was within easy reach. If youre looking to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in peaceful countryside, Castle Top is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay at Castle Top, house was clean and well presented with a homely atmosphere. Location was quiet and relaxing with fantastic views it was lovely to see the deer, rabbits and foxes in the area Many thanks to the owner for the welcome pack. We would definitely stay at Castle Top again.

Around hot tub needs cobwebs dusting. Wall outside front door needs fixing plant pot by front door empty needs a plant also new sign needed.

Absolutely beautiful

Excellent weeks stay in this well presented and clean property for my family and myself. Tucked away in some beautiful countryside overlooking the Lincolnshire Wolds, it did feel we were well away from the ratrace. My granddaughter especially loved the HotTub as did we all, which was a great bonus to have, relaxing in that with the fantastic views provided was a great end to a tiring day exploring the area, she loved seeing all the wildlife that visited the grounds, rabbits, foxes, deer and especially the bats on their dusk patrols overhead. Overall the property provided everything that we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Would recommend a stay here if you wish to unwind from everyday stresses.

A lovely property with fantastic views. The property had everything we needed for a family holiday. Clean, well presented and a fantastic hot tub and outdoor area.

We had a great stay in a superbly presented property in a beautiful location. The stairlift was a big draw as our party included two octogenarians, so it was a little disappointing when one of the elderly machines failed on the third use. Other than that, a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom doors would be great for dressing gowns and despite the internet, I think people still like to flick through a physical guide to the property, facilities and suggestions for visits to local attractions etc... One of these would have been a great addition. We'd have liked more notice of the departing day requirements of emptying bins and stripping beds... I guess these are hangovers from pandemic times. Having said that, we'd definitely stay here again.
