With so many fantastic attractions nearby, you won’t have far to travel for memorable days out. The glorious sandy beach at Wells-next-the-Sea is only 8 miles away, perfect for seaside fun and watching the sun set over the harbour.

The Norfolk Coast Path also passes through the town, offering ample opportunities for rewarding walks and coastal picnics. Holkham Hall (8 miles) is a magnificent 18th-century stately home set within beautiful parkland, where you can explore the house, gardens, and adventure play areas.

Closer still, Pensthorpe Natural Park (6 miles) has nature trails, bird hides, and both indoor and outdoor play areas for all-weather thrills. Step inside the converted dairy barn to discover a bright, open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, all warmed by underfloor heating on chilly days.

The style is laid-back Scandi-chic, complemented by exposed roof trusses that give the accommodation a lofty and airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare dishes using the best local produce, and you’ll also have access to the site’s 24-hour laundry room.

There are two bedrooms to choose from: a super-king-size that can be configured as twin beds if preferred, and a twin room that also has space for a cot if you’re travelling with a baby. A spacious walk-in shower room with WC completes the set-up.
