This delightful coach house is all on one level and is perfect for a couple looking for a restful holiday by the sea where you can unwind and recharge. The property is less than 500 metres from the seafront, beach, and colourful beach huts.

There is also a 9-hole golf course and driving range in the village. Mundesley is a great base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

This welcoming property is an ideal seaside bolt hole and is light and airy with soothing tones and coastal colours in the furnishings. It feels like a real home-from-home.

The open-plan living area has plenty of natural light, a plush sofa to cosy up on, and numerous books to read; you'll feel instantly relaxed. A Smart TV is available if you need to catch up on your favourite box sets or fancy a movie.

The kitchen has all the appliances you need to rustle up romantic meals from local ingredients. A king-size bedroom and a shower room complete the offer for this lovely seaside retreat.

Head outside and you'll find a gravel area with garden furniture to enjoy your morning cuppa or soak up the last of the sun with cool drink. Take a short drive to Wroxham (16 miles), known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads and enjoy a boat trip to explore this unique area.

Norfolk has some lovely market towns to enjoy, and the Georgian town of Holt (12 miles) is charming and a great foodie destination. From Holt, you can catch The Poppy Line train through the countryside to Sheringham or explore Holt Country Park.

You can discover more about the area's history with a visit to National Trust Felbrigg (10 miles), and nature lovers must see the nature reserve and bird watching at Cley (18.5 miles).

We had a really lovely relaxing stay at The Coach House which was a great base for days out in North Norfolk. We even used the bus to Cromer one day as the bus stop was close, as was the park for walking our dog. Everything we needed in the accommodation was not only included but of really nice quality too.

Home to home . Full complement of kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed and seating. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. So in the lounge area was a library of books for all age groups. Location of cottage was well located for all facilities in the village. Highly recommended!!

Nice cottage. Outside seating not very welcoming. Very close to bus stop and all amenities. Don't consider it suitable for dogs as no enclosed access outside and entrance goes straight out onto road. No gate.

Property was scrupulously clean and presented as in the photos with everything I needed. The welcome pack was useful. A park was across the road for my dog, fresh produce at the grocers/bakery/butchers/PO along few minutes along the road, the beautiful beach & cafe was a few minutes walk through the park. A bus stop was across the road. Beautiful area for walking. Property has open access to the road so do keep your dog(s) on a lead at all times. My dog and I enjoyed a wonderful week of walking along the beaches, didnâ??t use the car.

Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by the owners. Upon entering the property, we found it very light and airy. The accommodation was superb. it was very clean, very comfortable, and very well equipped. The owners have a lovely property, that is very well presented, in every way. There are great local shops, and a very good pub close by, with amazing food. We very highly recommend The Coach House, very many thanks to Ian and Caroline.
