We loved the house! It had everything we needed and the game room really felt like being in a cinema. The pool was perfect and warm, plus the sauna and hot tub were lovely after a long day. We really enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything we neededand it was great having a nice pub nearby for drinks and food. The food at the pub was fantastic, definitely a highlight. We were a bit surprised to find the tea, coffeeand sugar canisters empty - not sure if it was an oversight or just not included. Luckily, there’s a Morrisons within walking distance, so we grabbed some easily. Overall, a lovely spot with everything close by!

Honestly, we had a fantastic time here! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The pool and games room were such a hit with everyone. Decor was really stylishand the facilities top-notch. Hosts were super helpful and quick to answer any questions. The only minor thing was one oven was out, but the air fryer made up for it. Definitely coming back!
James

The heated pool was just rightand the hot tub and sauna were a hit with everyone. The grounds felt super safe for our dogand the owners were quick to help if we needed anything. We stayed over Christmas and really enjoyed this place. The house has loads of character with quirky fittings that give it a cosy feel. It’s super spacious and perfect for our dogs - very secure and dog-friendly. The standout for us was the pool room - table tennis, dartsand a huge screen kept everyone entertained. The owners even decorated a lovely Christmas tree for us, which was a lovely touch. We’re sure it’s fantastic in summer too, especially with the pool available.

We stayed at this lovely house with a big family from different generations. The bedrooms are really comfy and all look beautiful. The open plan reception, kitchenand dining area gave us plenty of space to relax together. The games room was a hit, especially with the teenagers. It was perfect for my dad’s 80th birthday lunch - everyone could unwind and enjoy themselves. The layout made it easy for our elderly parents too. Highly recommend this place, really made our weekend special!

The cottage was really charmingand the hosts were fantastic! Quick, friendly replies to all my questions. They even posted back my forgotten Apple Watch. Definitely a lovely stay with great hosts!
Emma
We had a lovely time here! The kids couldn’t get enough of the games room and the tiny house, which was adorable. We think a summer visit would be perfect since the pool and outdoor space look fantastic. It’s a bit tucked away from the coast and on a busy road, but it didn’t bother us too much. Jo was really helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a great stay!
Amelia
We had an amazing 4-night stay! The place had plenty to keep us entertained, from the pool and table tennis to the fire pit and hot tub (though it was way too hot to try that!). The open-plan kitchen, loungeand dining area made it super sociable. Shops were close by for extra groceriesand our host was really helpful and available whenever we needed. Honestly, it was a fantastic breakand we’d definitely stay again. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a lovely stay here! The space was perfect for our family of four plus two small dogs. The location is fantastic, with a park and playing fields just a short stroll away - great for dog walks. The nearby convenience store was handy too. We popped into a friendly local pub, even though the menu was a bit limited, it was still really nice. We spent most days by the pool since the weather was so warmand Hunstanton was a nice place for a day out, just over half an hour drive. Would definitely stay again!
Emma

The garden was lovelyand with such great weather, we spent most of the weekend relaxing outside. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, so we didn’t need to leave at all. At first, we thought the place was a bit on the expensive side, but once we stayed, it was totally worth it! The location is spot onand the pool area is fantastic. The hot tub was a real treatand the big table in the conservatory made meals with friends really special. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We even had a chef come to cook for us - way cheaper than eating out. Highly recommend for a lovely getaway!
Sam

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 23 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 27 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 27 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
