Beautiful place and perfect for a family of six. Lovely outdoor seating available. House is a bit lacking in terms of basic supplies - cooking oil, spices, laundry detergent etc. Other than that, loved our stay and would recommend to others, but be sure to bring EVERY thing you need

A beautifully presented, spacious and well equipped property in a stunning location. We enjoyed some lovely walks both along the coast and on the Holkham Estate. The property was very warm despite the cold weather.

Luxurious stay in a great location. The property was absolutely divine with everything needed and only a short walk to the centre of Wells which itself is charming! A short drive to the surrounding villages also makes this property an ideal location. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed with my two daughters and boyfriends and our very good friends who are our girls god parents for my husband's 60th Birthday celebration weekend. The View is very well laid out and we all had our own ensuite bathroom/ shower room and an additional cloakroom. The wood burner was amazing and the space very cozy and warm. Can highly recommend, we will book again

The View is a fantastic property for large groups, with a huge living area and generously sized double bedrooms. The location is excellent within comfortable walking distance of Holkham Hall, Holkham beach and Wells-next-the-Sea. A wonderful place to relax.

The View is the most perfect place for a family holiday. It is very well equipped but the best thing is the location. There is no need to go chasing around in the car because Holkham offers everything - miles of lovely walks, cycle routes, wildlife, birds (especially the geese) - a perfect place for a relaxed holiday.

This is a beautiful house and wonderful location. It is extremely comfortable and all your needs have been considered - it's a pleasure to be on the edge of the Holkham Estate and get all the perks (like discounts and free parking) that come with staying in a Holkham Estate property. It's the best place we've stayed in Norfolk, and we've already booked to come back next year!

3rd visit to this property. Great to have 4 large double bedrooms each with unsuited. It lives up to its name as the views are amazing as is the outside space. A great location so close to Wells and Holkham. The complimentary car parking at Wells Beach and Town car park is a big plus.

An amazing, very well equipped property. The views are fantastic. We were very lucky to see lots of kites and a hare and a pheasant that went by the window most evenings. The highlight for us though was the owl that visited one evening during dusk and hovered very close to the window before swooping down for its prey. The outside space is great and the large, enclosed grassed area great for the kids to play on.

The property is amazing! For the dynamics of our family six adults and two grandchildren it ticked all the boxes. Family of four in one side and is grandparents and my second adult daughter the other. The children lived seeing all the wildlife and we enjoyed walking to wells and holkham from the property. We spent coffee time on the patio and the children enjoyed ball in the garden. Plenty of room in seclusion but at the same time close to everything we needed.
