The surrounding area is awash with scenic walking trails to explore, including the Bure Valley Path, which winds along the river and the Weaver’s Way, which takes you to some of Norfolk’s most picturesque villages. Alternatively, head north to spend a traditional day at the seaside in Cromer, watching a variety show at the end of the pier or sampling the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants.

There are some excellent family attractions within easy reach, including Bewilderwood, Amazona Zoo, and the Bure Valley Railway (all within 15 miles). The stylish glamping pod is set on a family-run holiday park, overlooking the fishing lake and surrounded by trees.
